I shop here nearly everyday and every employee is usually friendly but I had to go to the customer service counter because a weekly digital deal didnt apply. It didnt apply because my phone number doesnt associate to the VIP Card in my app, they signed me up twice. But before I could even explain that to Antoinette, she cuts me off mid sentence and goes “Ok so were refunding you $4.00” and Im like ok thats great but I need to fix the..” Ok sir I know you need to add your phone number” again I couldnt even finish my sentence without her cutting me off. I said if you would quit cutting me off, Im trying to tell you the app wont let me add the phone number thats why Im here talking to you the Frys Employee! And she replies with “ I didnt cut you off”…I said yes, you did. Again she goes no I didnt. I said you know what Ill call the 1-800 number and fix my rewards card and she goes ok thanks see ya! Glad to know the people who dont steal from your store and are respectful get treated like this by a old bitter woman who is angry at the world, she doesnt not need to be at a desk she needs to be in the back loading boxes.

I went there to grab some water real quick it says that they close at 10pm I was in front of the building at 9:45pm and they told me that they were closed what kinda marketplace closes 15 minutes early???!!!!!!????

• Please don't order here through pick up. The lady with the black hair slammed the cart in my car and scratched it.
• They sold an item, the Organic Milk Horizon. My kid drank the half and didn't finish it. I tried it, it's expired. They're selling milk boxes that are expired from last year's!

This is my go-to store. The outside is always clean. The store employees give the greatest service.

Lately this store is getting worse and a lot of empty shelves. Pretty sad that for two weeks this store has been out of club soda.

Why is Shamrock milk going bad before its expiration???? Why is your produce going bad only after a couple of days if purchase???? You have a BIG problem in your backend...Needs to be looked at.

This place has been here for a minute but it's basically told the people it's not concerned with them. They put up some dumb gates at the door and don't have enough self check outs. This is Snowbird territory so the working class are always trying to expedite the checkout process and get stuck waiting on some SSI sucker. Remove the door guard things and add some check outs.
Luckily other retail companies are moving in and we can stop going here, but this place is a joke and it's a slap in the customers face to add them door guard things.

My wife bought some tamales from this frys on Greenway and cotton and when she opened them and they had mold on them and expired March 12th… it’s April 4th today.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Priscilla this evening. She was just wonderful. She was able to help me work the app. and explain why I was having a few problems. It's very nice to see that customer services still very important at this store. Priscilla was very kind and courteous.

Always enjoy shopping getting groceries @ Fry's. polite staff, clean thru out store & bathroom clean. Can find everything easy thru out store.
