We shop here all the time. Store is fine, and we appreciate the remodel it is much nicer now. However, the food safety standards behind the deli counter are not good. There is one worker who consistently wears ear buds while he works. Fine, except I watched him adjust his earbuds on several occasions with his deli gloves on, and then proceed to slice my meat order with those same gloves on 🤮🤮. No one wants your ear wax on their deli meat dude. Also, there is another man with a very long beard working who does not wear a beard net. We don’t want your beard hairs in our deli meat either please. Pretty sure both of those things are against health code, not sure why the behavior is allowed to continue. If I can notice it as a customer, then I’m sure that a manager is aware as well. Please think about coaching your teammates to follow food safety guidelines so that I can not be grossed out while shopping at your store. Thanks.

Their app keeps crashing. The price on the application was 5 for $10, their store price was 3 for $10. I was charged at $16 for 5 meals. Customer service would not honor the 5 for 10 price

The parking lot is reflective of the store's organization. It made sense to someone but is lost to everyone else. The staff was going through the motions, and most of the clientele were of the older demographic. The store is clean and refreshed; however, it does not flow well. There is an angry shopper/cashier vibe, which is ominous and thick at the checkout.

I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life! I was stopped by (Mike) the corporate manager and told never to come back! That I shoplifted? He was so rude and I tried to show him my receipt and he said to leave, that I’ve shoplifted there numerous times! I was so embarrassed, I’ve never in my life shoplifted! I asked to show me, he said he didn’t have to! I’ve shopped there for years and everyone knows me. I was humiliated. He was so rude.. he would not even let me show him my proof! I am contacting the corporate office and my union rep. I also work for Smiths Corp. just not this store!

I went shopping for my 90 year old friend who does not do internet shopping she got penalized buying blueberries because she does not go online and clip something to get the price at $2.99. so her blueberries were 799 because she does not know how to use the internet. The cashier said there's no way around it. She used to only shop at Fry's but now I told her I won't take her there because of their stupid policies. And it would have taken me time to open an account and log in and figure out where the blueberry clip was in order to get her blueberries on an account which is stupid that I have to do that. Not everyone wants to be on the internet all the time.

Sat at the floral department waiting 20min hoping someone could make an arrangement. Only after I called the store did I find out the floral department was closed. Didn’t realize putting a sign there say they were closed was asking for too much. Guess it’s just easier for them to let people waste their time.

It's okay I didn't really find everything I needed it was missing multiple things I know you aren't supposed really shop for shoes at a frys but I couldn't find my size also my whole family was sick and I wanted coconut water buy it didn't have any so I had to go to a different store for coconut water an shoes
