My family has been going to this bank since it opened in Walmart about 8 years. We have a total of six accounts with them including an auto loan. Every staff member has always been friendly and has known what they are doing. Every manager we have been involved has gone beyond what was expected to help us. Twice our account was hacked both times the bank stopped all transactions and reimbursed us our lost funds with in two days. Only ATM fees we have are the fees of using an outside bank which everyone pays. Reminds me of the family run banks back home.

Staff knows their stuff! Staff is very friendly! No issues with this bank. I don't notice any stupid fee's like wells fargo always did to me. I've been at this bank for years.

The people at this bank are awesome. They know me and my daughter by first name. Always treat us with respect and always help us out efficiently. I am 54 years old and had several big bank experiences in the past. I am completly satisfied and would recommend this bank as the best bank. I know i will stay banking with this bank as long as i am useing a bank.

Would you like a true story? Has to do with the bank inside Walmart on 303 and Waddell.2 years ago I was in Walmart. I got $100 cash at the registers. Was given 20's. Stopped by the said bank and ask for one of the 20's be broke into 2 10's as the checker didn't have 10's in her drawer. I was told very rudely that the bank will not do that and go on my way.Fast forward into last year. They were trying to get more customers and had some bank managers talking to people to build clientele. I relayed the story to the one I was talking to. She apologized all over herself saying that should never have happened.Fast forward to Friday 11/20/2020, yep yesterday. I asked cashier for cash back, $100.. Asked for 2 50's. She didn't have any 50's so gave me 20's. I stopped by the bank on my way out and asked for 2 50's for the 5 20's. Was told that the bank does not do that. Said teller was rude about it, same as 2 years ago. Different teller. Asked to talk to manager, request denied. Another young woman came over, said she was a supervisor also denied my request rudely saying it was bank policy. Still refusing to get manager. To.d them in very stern terms (not rude) that their actions would not draw any new customers and I would help to reduce the number of existing customers.So if you are not 100% overjoyed with your banking there, I would urge you to move your account to a real bank.

How are we in 2020 and they don’t have an atm that accepts cash deposits??? Drove over 15 miles just to get money into my account and their atm machine doesn’t have a deposit section on it absolutely would not recommend!

Went for motorcycle cycle loan, worse experience every, was first brand new vehicle, for me ever. Been waiting a week for them to release the check to dealership, talked numbers with dealership they could have beaten the bank, but can cancel bank contract. The bank turns around and blames dealership, which has shown me all the work they have done, but my bank can't even call their own lending department with out being put on hold for 20 minutes, what a joke

So my family and I moved to surprise az 18 months ago and opened an account with these people. With 3500.00 opening balance, a few days later with no explanation no phone call no notification they close the account. We had to wait over 30 days to get a cashier's check mailed out to us which was incredibly inconvenient as we had just moved here we're just starting new jobs and they essentially took our money away from us. Flash forward to today I received a Western Union money order and I went over there to cash it because their Western Union affiliate and they refuse to cash it because I don't have an account...... These people are clowns don't bank with them

They are no help only want to talk you into opening account. The policies here are absurd and when questioned their excuse is that it’s a small company. This place is extremely unprofessional I would never trust them with a bank account. I would negative rate if I could, especially for the ladies in the front. They need work on customer service and communicating policies that keep current customers and future customers in mind.

This bank has great staff but, omg!!! The slowest service ever.. I have had issues with my debit card asking to provide security updates at the worst time. Finally got it resolved after 3 months of screaming at customer service.. It is convenient, the location..
