My husband and I had been considering painting our kitchen cabinets for a while but despite multiple trips to store to take swatches and compare then to our walls and cabinets, we couldn't land on what would work best. We finally decided that we should go for their color consult. Marisa was amazing help and helped narrow it down to 3 options that was fit for the color of our walls.
She was super helpful in showing us which samples would be too dark or light or colors that would clash. She had alot of larger sized swatches and would hold them up next to each other to see how they'd look together. It was nice having the expertise who was so kind even with my husband's specific desires on color choice!

Called and ordered 10 gallons of paint only to get here and and they only made 1 gallon .
I was on hold for along time.
This is the only location that u need a key to use the restroom.
The bathroom is always disgusting, no one ever mops it or clean it.
The 2 young girls working there seem clueless, they clearly need retraining.
Bad location, bad management. Seems like no one supervises here. Horrible store!

I wont buy paint at Dunn Edwards again. A contractor suggested them and is the only reason I went there. The first 5 gallon bucket of paint had a bunch of paint boogers in it, half qoagulated paint. I went back for a second 5 gallon bucket and a different taller older girl than the first asked me what quality paint I wanted. She told me they have 3 different qualities of paint. The first girl never asked me about paint quality so I didn't know and wanted the paint to match perfectly. Because I didn't know the quality of paint, the second older taller girl seemed very curt like she just wanted to get rid of me. First off, why is a store specializing in paint selling inferior paint? Apparently the first bucket I got was the cheapest paint due to all the paint boogers. Secondly, the first girl never asked me what quality paint I wanted. Thirdly, the second girl was not polite. Never again Dunn Edwards.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days. Sara Roush has been amazing every time I go in. She always remembers me and the paint I previously purchased. She always goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need and sets realistic expectations. What a gem.

First time coming here I have no clue or knowledge about paint I had the names and numbers of the paint me not having my glasses on was very difficult to find them unfortunately the girl that works didn't bother helping me out after I told her I did not have my glasses and I couldn't read the numbers on the tags instead of another customer that was there ended up helping me out this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced ?

Walked in the store and there where 3 workers talking by the counter, not one greeted me. I said Good morning to them and not no one responded. I walked over to see the color samples, one walked by, didn’t acknowledge me with a can I help you or anything.I then walked the store to see the prices on the 5 gallon paint and another one walked by and she also didn’t acknowledge me. I didn’t see any prices for the paint so I walked back to get a few sample cards, to take home. I was there for a few minutes and felt they didn’t want my business so ended walking out.I’ll definitely not be shopping there again or recommending anyone to go there.

Met with my consultant prior to having my house painted next week. Other than Bell Road being the usual congested kluge, it was good. Consultant knew her stuff, and I'm looking forward to seeing her color suggestions on my walls.
