I have been so happy since switching to CS banking and very pleased with how easy it was to do so. The last couple of times I have been there Jeremy has been the best of help and I have never had a problem when I am there. He really makes me feel comfortable in my choices and is always very very helpful. Thank you Jeremy.

I always get great service when I come in. Kayla helped me yesterday 7/17/23. She was very efficient and helpful getting my function processed. Would recommend Copper State for banking needs. Kayla was so helpful.

I became a new member via the Surprise branch recently. I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile from the Teller, Kayla. Kimberly assisted me with the account process. She was cordial, personable and professional; top notch customer service from both ladies. I look forward to being a lifelong customer!

Horrible experience with Copper State. I can never login to my account, it's always saying my information isn't correct (even when I saved the new password in my computer so it auto-populated next time). They kept taking money from my account as punishment for not being active (because I could never login). Thankfully I only ever deposited $100 with them, but I'm not one to scoff at any amount of money, I needed all of that. They send a lot of spam emails. Now, I got a notice from them in the mail that says my account is going to be considered abandoned and my funds transferred to the state (I'm surprised I eve have any left in the account) if I don't either, complete a transaction in my account or mail them a signed form along with my drivers license (no way to option #2). So I try to sign in, with my pre-saved information and it's saying not correct. So I try to do forgot password and forgot username (just trying to get access some way) and it says there is no recognized account with my personal information (SSN, zip code, etc). So I guess at this point the big bad bank wins, give whatever few dollars I have left to the state because I've "abandoned my account."

I have banked with Deer Valley/Copper State for almost 14 years now. They are incredibly helpful and understanding. There are always smiling faces when you go into the branch. Kayla is a newer teller, but every time I’ve spoken with her she is polite, responsive, and efficient. I appreciate when she lets me know what is going on and then she processes my transactions correctly. It lets me know that even being “newer” she has received excellent training. I highly recommend this Financial Institution!

Unfortunately, after enjoying more than 30 wonderful years as a customer at Deer Valley Credit Union, it seems that I will need to seek out a new bank. The concept of customer service appears to be nonexistent here. Erika, who I believe is the branch manager, lacks an understanding of customer service and fails to support long-standing customers or address their concerns. I didn't think my request was anything out of the ordinary. A simple acknowledgment that they would accommodate me one last time, but inform me of their policy change after the transition, would have been sufficient (a basic principle of customer service). Since transitioning to Copper State, every aspect of customer centric banking has declined. I strongly advise against banking at this institution.

I like the bank in general and I get my paycheck a day early. Their cash back rewards are awesome too. My only BIG complaint is the customer service. I send messages on the secure site when logged in and I can never get responses. When I'm at work I can't make personal calls so I send messages on there and it's upsetting that I can't get responses.

Gabe Chacon used to be at the Goodyear location and he always took care of me and always happy .I called on him to do a loan for me and he done a tremendous job along with Lori and Jacque.
