Employees should ALWAYS!!! greet their paying customers with a smile and friendly greeting, my wife approached the sales counter and was immediately sending off the why are you inconveniencing me attitude, My wife was there to pick up a UPS dropped off package, and this employee acted as though she was doing her a huge favor by assisting her, anyway, finally picked up the package, but had to endure Cherelyn's contempt at having to do her job.. I hope corporate CVS management sees this post, and counsels this rude person. She has no business interacting with customers.

Kate in the pharmacy was amazing! She helped me out with my prescription and was helpful with my questions especially getting the run around at several other cvs pharmacies. I was so frustrated and she made everything so much easier. Thanks Kate for being awesome. Jackie the cashier was pretty cool too.

I was shopping in pharmacy and had 2 small.items in the child seat. Along my.completely zippered handbag. Putting the items in the.basket would be silly since they were so small And OTC items that are my insurance card
I have a disability.and can't hear... an employee saw me and shouted....Ma'am are you shopping as if she thought I was shoplifting and I turned the cart to show her what I had..but she kept it up. Made a face and was threatening, Like she didn't believe me..I told the checkout person who lamely said, oh she does that...I was insulted but no Mgr was notified

0/5 stars DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY:
I was first scolded by “Jackie” when I provided my insurance card after giving my daughter’s name and DOB. She did not ask any other questions other than “do you have insurance”. I proceeded to hand her my phone as I did not have the insurance card handy but I had a photo of the insurance card on my phone. I was told “I’ll do it this one time since there is no line but next time you’ll have to come inside”. Okay my first internal thought was “then why have a drive thru option?” People utilize the drive thru option for many reasons (in my case 2 sick children in my back seat, let me know how you would feel about unloading two sick children to pick up their prescription vs using a drive thru as a more convenient option for their safety and the safety of not wanting to get others sick as well). I let that one go. She then proceeded to mumble something inaudible into the phone after putting my phone back into the basket and back to me. And then I was told “there are two cars behind you so you need to go around back in the line again.” At that point I was confused as I was picking up 1 simple prescription and insurance was already processed but I listened to instruction and went to the back of the behind two more cars. When it was my turn for the second time at the drive thru is when I wish I would have never chosen CVS pharmacy and never wished to have met the rudest person in my life, “Jackie” or “Jacquelyn”. She was short with me and asked my daughter’s name to confirm. And as she was rambling I hear her say “amoxicillin and prednisone”. And I said “I only came here to fill her prednisone, I never sent amoxicillin to this pharmacy nor do I want that prescription. You never asked.” She flipped out on me began rolling her eyes being dramatic with pulling the phone away, shaking her head and telling the other techs something I couldn’t hear and then she yells at me and says “it’s already mixed this was the whole point of everything.” And I immediately was shocked how I was being treated and talked to so I defensively responded, “no you never asked me what prescription I wanted, the only one sent to this pharmacy was prednisone.” She was “listening” (not) to me with looks of sarcasm and rolling eyes and turning to other pharmacy techs that “I” have inconvenienced their day because they took it upon themself to not ask the customer what they are needing. So after seeing her get upset at me I proceeded to ask “is this going to be a problem or do I need to find another pharmacy to go to?” She continued to have the most sarcastic attitude “no you don’t” as she’s throwing the phone around she says “do you want a pharmacist?” I respond with yes. The pharmacist was Sarah and she was the most patient person on the planet (give this lady a raise) she listened to my concerns, apologized on behalf of her victimizing coworker and encouraged me to talk to management and stated she would also be talking to her coworker as well. “Jackie” continued this victimizing attitude with not coming back to apologize or finish the transaction, Sarah completed the rest for me. Sarah even had the compassion to hang up the phone and open the window to hear everything I had to say. She truly had a heart of me, I could see it in her eyes she felt my frustration.
My text I received to pick up this medication clearly stated Prednsione not amoxicillin so I have no idea where this mix up came from. Also I was not asked of any allergies prior to them “mixing” this so shame on their part if there would have been a contraindication. How am I as a customer supposed to assume they “mix” medications? That is news to me. But this could have all been avoided by your employee “Jackie” asking essential questions. This isn’t a fast food drive thru, this is healthcare so asking questions is much more of a priority and because of her lack of asking questions led her to lashing out on me as the customer?

You should believe all the one star reviews. I have been using this CVS for a few years now and have had my issues like actually getting the wrong pills last year and took them for almost a full month before realizing they were a pain killer and supposed to be heart medication... yep it's true. I should have changed then. The customer service here hasn't been good at all and I've struggled with getting texts that my prescriptions are ready and when I get there they are not, I struggle with my prescriptions being ready 2-3 days apart and they always text me to coordinate my pick up all at once. I picked up one prescription Saturday and got home to discover one 3 pills in the bottle... I called the pharmacy and they said this was to get my prescriptions coordinated and ready on the same day (finally) I was told I would be able to pick up all prescriptions Monday... nope, I showed up Monday and only had the one prescription which was the same prescription I picked up 3 pills on Saturday.I asked the girl about the other and for the second time in the past month the same girl said "you have to wait in the drop off line to find out about the other prescription" I know she could have checked on the other but again second time same girl had no desire to do anything more, I said "I'm not going to wait in a drop off line to find out about a prescription I've been getting for years and told it would be ready" and she threw the bag on the counter and said "have a good day" and walked away... I am done, moving my scripts to Walgreens. The chubby dark haired young girl with the tats and nose ring lost you a customer.

I hope they will read these reviews and take the time to train their staff. I went through the drive through I expressed that I'm hard of hearing but could read lips and the lady with the black hair sighed rolled her eyes and talked into the phone with her back to me. I'm definitely switching pharmacies. This one is lacking in customer service.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I would, but 1 is as low as I can go. I called CVS 9/1/23 to check the status of a script. I was told it was filled 14 days ago & re-shelved b/c it wasn't picked up & that a text was sent. That was a lie. The only text sent said script unable to fill & contact provider. I called the drs office to request a new script. CVS said the script was denied by ins. cause there was a 0 instead of a 1. I don't speak pharmacy, & relayed exactly what I was told back to the drs office. They submitted a 2nd script. CVS said it was denied again for the same reason. I called the drs office back. They sent the 3rd script. CVS staff were rude & annoyed with me & said it was declined this time b/c it was a duplicate. 4th call to drs office, they said they would take care of it. I called CVS at 730 pm to verify & was told they got the cancel, but no new script. On 9/12 the drs office sent the script & I called CVS for the FIFTH time & was told it was denied due to no brand name coverage. There is now a generic & that is the ONLY thing ins would cover & I was told only option was to pay $205 or wait for "unknown ETA" for the generic to "hit the shelves". I was told to call pharmacies to see if they had any, but that CVS in my area didn't have any. I was spoken to like I was stupid by Katelyn on the phone. She told me my options were to wait indefinitely to get the generic or pay the $200+ for brand name. I called my insurance. They told me that I was lied to. They did & do cover the brand name. They could see every submission of the script request from CVS & also that they were changing the script which made it void. BCBS didn't understand why a pharmacy would change a code on a script & not just contact the provider directly. BCBS contacted CVS directly & told them the script should filled, it was covered & that it was unacceptable to put a customer through that process to fill a script. BCBS also spoke to Katelyn, & were appalled by her verbaige. I went to the dr office to pick up a physical script. When I took it to CVS, Brittany, was the most awful person I have ever met at ANY pharmacy in my entire life. I told her I wanted to be sure it would be filled, & if it couldn't be filled, to write down EXACTLY what the problem was as this was my 6th time trying to accomplish filling the script. I started to explain the process I had been through to Brittany, to which she replied with a major attitude, "It doesn't matter what you have to say, this isn't getting filled. It can't be filled because it is written for Brand name which your insurance doesn't cover." I let her know that my insurance company had, in fact, called there earlier in the day to tell them that it is covered and they were wrong. I started to explain again why it was important to me and she interrupted me and loudly proclaimed, "You can tell me anything you want, it doesn't matter. I don't care." I tried to tell her that I felt very dismissed by the way she was treating me, and for the 3rd time, she interrupted me and said, yet again, "I don't care what you have to say at this point." So I stood there and waited for her to speak to the pharmacist. While I was waiting, I saw her walk to the back of the pharmacy to speak to Katelyn and she was talking about me loud enough that I could hear her. I told her "I can hear you talking about me." and she said "So? I don't care. I am telling her why you think you are being dismissed.". The pharmacist, who was an incredibly polite Asian man, very quietly and calmly told me that the insurance company had called and approved the request directly and that it would be filled 15-20 minutes later. It is unacceptable and inappropriate to speak to any customer in the manner in which Brittany spoke to me in person and Katelyn spoke to me over the phone. I can't understand why after the 4th attempt

Great service from the two regular storekeepers. Very friendly and helpful, and they are always of a cordial disposition when we come in.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars the most awful and rude staff, mind you I'm 21 so I'm not a Karen but these people are just awful to their customers! When I was asking if my prescriptions were ready, the pharmacist assistant Kate stated that my insurance wasn't going through. I called twice to call the insurance company and none of them knew why there is a problem, as it was active. Then Kate found out she forgot to add my middle initial. She had lashed out rudely and stated that "I've called and tried to figure it out for twenty minutes". We waited patiently, but to no avail. Finally they told me that there was a two hour wait for a refill not including the nearly hour and a half I spent waiting for them to enter my name as it is spelled on the card... Which was in her hand... when we knew that they could do it quickly and efficiently and they kept coming up with off the wall lies saying it was impossible for them to fill my prescription that fast. My ONE prescription, as we live thirty minutes away. I went to the drive thru and called customer service, but we continued to wait nearly two hours. Frustratingly, the manager acted immaturely and swore at me, which is extremely unprofessional and completely ignored me. They threatened to call the cops if I didn't get out of the drive thru, but then they did regardless because I did leave and went in to talk still on the phone with the customer service. I talked calmly to the policemen, as I'm a correctional officer myself and it was completely unnecessary. The pharmacy and store employees behavior was atrocious and I will not ever go back again even if I was allowed. Don't waste your time or money at this pharmacy, they genuinely treat their customers like garbage or that they're a burden although they're on the clock and getting paid from our pockets and checks. Treat your customers better! And if you don't like people maybe don't pick a job helping people.
