Poor customer service (4/19). The lady at front was mean, rude, and looked like she didn't want to be there at all. You need to help your customers if they don't know where things are or what the process is and not laugh about it. Never coming back. Worst experience ever. 0 star!!!

I live live around the corner from this store. Every time I go here there's a solid 30 minute wait in the line. There's never anybody at the registers. Everything always rings up completely wrong. This store is a complete mess. I don't recommend going there. It's been that way since the day it opened too

Employees should ALWAYS!!! greet their paying customers with a smile and friendly greeting, my wife approached the sales counter and was immediately sending off the why are you inconveniencing me attitude, My wife was there to pick up a UPS dropped off package, and this employee acted as though she was doing her a huge favor by assisting her, anyway, finally picked up the package, but had to endure Cherelyn's contempt at having to do her job.. I hope corporate CVS management sees this post, and counsels this rude person. She has no business interacting with customers.

Kate in the pharmacy was amazing! She helped me out with my prescription and was helpful with my questions especially getting the run around at several other cvs pharmacies. I was so frustrated and she made everything so much easier. Thanks Kate for being awesome. Jackie the cashier was pretty cool too.

I was shopping in pharmacy and had 2 small.items in the child seat. Along my.completely zippered handbag. Putting the items in the.basket would be silly since they were so small And OTC items that are my insurance card
I have a disability.and can't hear... an employee saw me and shouted....Ma'am are you shopping as if she thought I was shoplifting and I turned the cart to show her what I had..but she kept it up. Made a face and was threatening, Like she didn't believe me..I told the checkout person who lamely said, oh she does that...I was insulted but no Mgr was notified

0/5 stars DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY:
I was first scolded by “Jackie” when I provided my insurance card after giving my daughter’s name and DOB. She did not ask any other questions other than “do you have insurance”. I proceeded to hand her my phone as I did not have the insurance card handy but I had a photo of the insurance card on my phone. I was told “I’ll do it this one time since there is no line but next time you’ll have to come inside”. Okay my first internal thought was “then why have a drive thru option?” People utilize the drive thru option for many reasons (in my case 2 sick children in my back seat, let me know how you would feel about unloading two sick children to pick up their prescription vs using a drive thru as a more convenient option for their safety and the safety of not wanting to get others sick as well). I let that one go. She then proceeded to mumble something inaudible into the phone after putting my phone back into the basket and back to me. And then I was told “there are two cars behind you so you need to go around back in the line again.” At that point I was confused as I was picking up 1 simple prescription and insurance was already processed but I listened to instruction and went to the back of the behind two more cars. When it was my turn for the second time at the drive thru is when I wish I would have never chosen CVS pharmacy and never wished to have met the rudest person in my life, “Jackie” or “Jacquelyn”. She was short with me and asked my daughter’s name to confirm. And as she was rambling I hear her say “amoxicillin and prednisone”. And I said “I only came here to fill her prednisone, I never sent amoxicillin to this pharmacy nor do I want that prescription. You never asked.” She flipped out on me began rolling her eyes being dramatic with pulling the phone away, shaking her head and telling the other techs something I couldn’t hear and then she yells at me and says “it’s already mixed this was the whole point of everything.” And I immediately was shocked how I was being treated and talked to so I defensively responded, “no you never asked me what prescription I wanted, the only one sent to this pharmacy was prednisone.” She was “listening” (not) to me with looks of sarcasm and rolling eyes and turning to other pharmacy techs that “I” have inconvenienced their day because they took it upon themself to not ask the customer what they are needing. So after seeing her get upset at me I proceeded to ask “is this going to be a problem or do I need to find another pharmacy to go to?” She continued to have the most sarcastic attitude “no you don’t” as she’s throwing the phone around she says “do you want a pharmacist?” I respond with yes. The pharmacist was Sarah and she was the most patient person on the planet (give this lady a raise) she listened to my concerns, apologized on behalf of her victimizing coworker and encouraged me to talk to management and stated she would also be talking to her coworker as well. “Jackie” continued this victimizing attitude with not coming back to apologize or finish the transaction, Sarah completed the rest for me. Sarah even had the compassion to hang up the phone and open the window to hear everything I had to say. She truly had a heart of me, I could see it in her eyes she felt my frustration.
My text I received to pick up this medication clearly stated Prednsione not amoxicillin so I have no idea where this mix up came from. Also I was not asked of any allergies prior to them “mixing” this so shame on their part if there would have been a contraindication. How am I as a customer supposed to assume they “mix” medications? That is news to me. But this could have all been avoided by your employee “Jackie” asking essential questions. This isn’t a fast food drive thru, this is healthcare so asking questions is much more of a priority and because of her lack of asking questions led her to lashing out on me as the customer?
