This CVS is terrible. We have had MULTIPLE lost prescriptions for different people in our family. Providers have called in scripts which the pharmacy says they never got. This has happened with different prescribers and different medications. They have even confirmed over the phone that they have an order, but then when we go to pick it up, they say they don't have it. After multiple attempts to get things efficiently filled here, we are changing locations.

Worst Pharmacy ever, I’m a cancer patient and they treat me like I’m nothing and aren’t very nice at all They are mean and make me wait hours to fill my medication. I have been going there for many years and they are absolutely horrible!! I have waited an hour and seen them fill staff medcation over mine.

First time I’ve ever had the “pharmacist” Paul tell me about my prescriptions I’ve been taking for about a year. Had to stand there and wait, he told me what the anti anxiety medication would do, very loudly. I even heard him do the same thing with someone in the drive through. I don’t like my pills being broadcasted to the store and I don’t think it’s necessary after multiple pick ups.

I had to cancel and reschedule my surgery because this pharmacy FAILED to fill my NEEDED prescriptions. For an entire month my surgeons office had nothing but issues with CVS saying “we never got the prescription.”This has been my pharmacy for prescription pickup for years. However, a shift has occurred within the last year and it’s been the most exhausting and time wasting experience I’ve ever had with anything pertaining to health. I’ve had 3 doctors (dentist, pediatrician, and surgeon) attempt to fill a prescription for my family and ALL 3 doctors had to call multiple times for WEEKS to get anything filled. The pharmacy often says “we checked our voicemail so there was nothing sent in or we would have it filled.”Then they direct you to a fax which still doesn’t get your prescription filled. And last but not least, I’ve had my surgeons office call for one entire month to fill prescriptions I need for a surgery I have tomorrow. For one entire month I have not been able to receive my prescription due to an organized facility blaming everyone else for the mishap. My surgeons office even spoke to someone on the phone to verify I would get my prescription filled. Now I am out of luck and I have surgery tomorrow without being able to take the medication required prior to surgery. This place is a complete fail and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I shouldn’t have given them this many chances.

All the pharmacist that work here have no idea how the delivery service works for prescriptions. I payed for same day shipping and did not receive my prescription the same day because they did not let me know the there was a time frame. They also couldn't tell me how I could track my order when I asked. She just said they will notify me. I figured it out by going on the website. These employees are clearly not aware of how to do thier job when it comes to doing anything other then poring pills in a bottle.

The most horrible customer service ever! I'm type one diabetic and my daughter broke my last bottle of insulin...they can't seem to get it through their thick heads that a diabetic needs their insulin. All they could do is keep telling me it's too soon to fill. I ended up calling my insurance and they overrode the refill day. What do you know...they're out of the insulin I need so they had to transfer it to a different CVS who said they won't have it ready for ANOTHER 3 1/2 hours! Give me a break people! You guys don't care about your customers what so ever! Will be switching pharmacies!

WARNING ⚠️ ( DO NOT GO HERE!! )Emergency room sent over antibiotics around 10pm (7/28/23)I got a text around 9:30Am ( 7/29/23) that the prescription was being processed.It’s now 3:30 PM checking on said prescription. I am told by manager named ( Colleen ) that because it was not priority she will have it ready by end of the day.I’m confused as to why I’m going almost 24hrs without antibiotics due to the lack of concern? Even though I was told to take my next dosage in the morning as soon possible.Beyond upsetting & unprofessional.

Ugliest cvs I’ve ever been in. They need to fix the front door and re paint the building. Every time I drive past it I think it gets worse. I no longer go into it.

Handsome man who would come in and buy barefoot wine every week. I miss u. Maybe one day you will read these reviews on the cvs you go to .. lol anyways good store .. if you like being yelled at then the pharmacy is a good place for you to work because all the customers do is verbally abuse the hard working people who work. Yes customers if you read this. You guys are rude and impatient! Anyways idk how it looks now but the Mikey jones guy is lying. The cvs might have a ghetto door but the store is clean, and has kind workers. And the wood door prob got fixed by now but still this cvs is a good store. Personally I have a few personal problemos that I noticed when I worked there but if you are a customer. This is a nice store to shop at. Don’t listen to Mikey jones
