"I'm thrilled Cox opened a new store in Surprise! The Glendale location was a nightmare. But the new store is a game-changer. Ryan, a true lifesaver, helped me with my equipment return in record time.
Pro tip: You can drop off your equipment at a UPS store! No more long waits. Thanks, Cox, for making this process so much easier!"

Outages abound with Cox. Replaced with fiber. For less thru Quantum Fiber.

My husband went in to turn in a box that we no longer needed. He had also turned 1 in 2 weeks ago and was given a receipt by a girl with no problem. Today's visit was not that great. Troy was the rep who helped him today. Troy refused to give my new husband a receipt because his name was not on my account howehe did go into account details with him and said if we added our 2 landlines to our cell phones we could save $60 a month. My husband informed him that that would be my decision and that he would need to talk with me first. My husband also told him that I was in a wheelchair and not feeling well and that's the reason I could not go in today but he still refused to give my husband a receipt until I went in waited all over again to be called by someone else. Why would you refuse to give a receipt for equipment yet go into account details with someone who's not even on the account that's stupid. I put in a call to the store and I'm waiting on a call back from the store manager and if I don't get one I'm going to be writing a letter to the Cox corporate office because what happened today was just plain wrong. I was asking if I wanted to put my husband on the account and I did let them know that I said no because we're not sure if we're gonna keep our services after today.
Update! We went to Wyrred and the service has been phenomenal, no outages, good customer service and we are saving g almost $100 bucks a month. Best decision we ever made after being with cox over 20 years. Go Wyrred, you won't be disappointed

Had my bill go up and stopped by the Cox store in Surprise. Had great experience with Noel. He applied some discounts but also told me about their mobile service promotion and can save me almost 50% over T-Mobile. He is very articulate at answering any questions and finding the best plan. Prob my best experience with Cox yet.

Aaron grabbed me as soon as I walked in the store. Got my equipment within 5 minutes and I was on my way. Great job!

1 star is generous right now. First, when we moved out of our old house and back to NV, we took the router with us (like we do with any router) and called about returning it. Well they told us we didn't need to return it (I think there was a miscommunication and them not understanding that it's no longer at the property). My Fiancé also double checked because it was unusual. Well weeks later we're basically harassed about returning it. Now, tried to get service again...they tried telling us it's required to install Fiber but we are in a rental again and I can't just approve them drilling into the walls. They said there was an override and we can just get normal internet. Came home with the fiber router and plugged it in. It doesn't work. Called customer service and they ran a test, apparently there isn't internet at all to this property. Scheduled a technician to come out, he basically said the previous renters must have took a piece needed (since everyone is going to fiber, they no longer carry the part) and our only option is to install fiber. He wanted me to cancel my work order, call and schedule a new one for fiber and text him the work order # so he can come out and install it today or first thing tomorrow (he was the only positive interaction I had)...so I call and get transfered about 7 times (16 minutes worth of transferring) to just be told that since I'm not the name on the account, can't do anything...don't forget, this has not been an issue this entire time (I have all the information and the pin required) I'm the one who scheduled the first work order. So 16 minutes being transfered back and forth (because I was transfered to the same 3 departments) just to be told to get f_cked. We signed up for internet 5 days ago and I still don't have it but I bet I'm being charged for it.

Edit 2: My issue was only addressed after I contacted the Arizona State Attorney General's office. I recommend anyone having issues with Cox to do the same.
I changed cards and forgot to update my autopay. Cox punished me by forcing me to pay in person. This company is the worst.
Edit: The person below is making a post for show only. Their email representative was willing to do nothing to assist. They are the worst.

Horrible service, horrible internet experience, waited 45 on the phone to cancel service and ended up having to go into the store to cancel and return equipment. Then, after telling them I wanted to cancel, the sales associate tried to get me to switch back and could cut my previous bill by 75%. Should never have paid so much to begin with especially for such horrible internet connection. Switch to Wyyard and save yourself the headache

Cox as a company needs to be avoided. Constant equipment issues and terrible online customer service. Even when a technician came out to assist, I ended up doing the majority of the work being a network technician myself. If Cox is your only option for your place of residence, you’re better off getting a Verizon hotspot.

Clean store. Not clear that one needs to sign in for assistance. They need to put a sign to help customers. Many staff members seemed annoyed when an elderly customer asked for help signing in. There wasn't a lot of customers in the store for workers to have an issue with the request. I guess if you're okay with mediocre service go here.
