Don't walk, run from this dealership. Their Their Tempe location was charged and found guilty of deceptive practices with Latinos. Those practices aren't just in Tempe... 2 separate occasions I was told parts at the retail counter were above dealer msrp and the other involved lying about part availability and wasting my time to make a 2nd visit. Their parts department will try to mock you and treat you as an inconvenience. Also had one experience with service that they asked to take my vehicle home overnight in attempt to duplicate a concern and I picked it up needing an alignment that they wouldn't honor. It's eerily quite as you enter both service and sales too. Don't be their next victim!

This dealership was like stumbling into a coffee shop where everyone knows your name. From the moment I drove in, armed with nothing but a dream and a love for possibly that used car, I felt like the three hour drive to get there was not in vain. The folks there? Oh, and I can't say enough about Michel Factory, he's more guide than salesperson. There was no arm-twisting, and minimal "Let me talk to my finance manager" shenanigans. Just genuine, easy-breezy chit-chat about what I needed from my ride and what my trade-in was worth. It was like they were building a friendship rather than just closing a deal.
The whole experience was quicker than car purchase of the past. Before I knew it, keys were in hand, and I was out the door, without any of that dreaded buyer's remorse shadowing my departure.
So, if you're looking for a car shopping experience that's as delightful as finding an extra fry at the bottom of the bag, this is the spot. Enjoyable, low-pressure, and quicker than saying "Let's hit the road, Jack!" it's a place I can't recommend enough. And hey, if they can make a skeptic like me sing their praises, imagine what they can do for you.

I have reached out to a sales person to get the price of a vehicle and the person is not willing to provide me out the door price and keep pushing back with some questions doesn’t make sense. I provided the stock number and asked him what would be the out the door price I should pay for the vehicle and I’m not getting any answer, which is very shady. I cannot recommend this location for any business.

UPDATE: 7/15/24
Spoke with the supervisors regarding this incident and while they said they couldn't confirm what he did, they did say it wasn't right and that MO had left "voluntarily". I said I just wanted the money back that I got scammed for. They said they canceled the contracts but because it was after 30 days, my contracts were prorated, meaning I spent over $8,000 and got back $4,000, and I didn't use any of it. I wasn't happy of course but they said they'd talk and see what they could do for me since I've bought 2 cars from them. I got a call back a week later and was told I'd be getting a $500 check as a good faith adjustment to help somewhat. It is something and I'm appreciative for that, but loosing over $4000 is a bit too much for $500 to forget and move on from.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I've purchased 2 vehicles now from Coulter. Hit and miss each time with pros and cons of each one. Really my rating comes down to Mohammed, their "past" finance guy who lied and scammed me into a service contract I told him was illegal to do and yet he told me I wouldn't leave with the car and with a higher rate if I didn't agree. Only to find out now he was supposedly let go as he did this to others as well and finally got caught. So I was right in the end that he was scamming me and got away with mine atleast and however many others. So atleast they supposedly caught him and he's supposedly gone now....but still begs the question of what other stuff these finance people do here and elsewhere, and really makes my skin crawl when around these salesmen or finance guys as it's always some angle of course they're working to screw you over in someway to benefit them. Was also sold a car with a feature that I was told it had only to later find out it didn't and was just told "oh well". Coulter is still better than Avondale, Mesa, and Tempe Nissan dealerships hands down in prices and service. And their service center is very accommodating and much more understanding than others. I put these guys through the ringer with my vehicles on any issues and they've mostly said no prob every time! Also, their parts center is still way cheaper than 95% of any other Nissan parts centers nationwide which is awesome in itself!

I choose to drive the extra mile to go to this Nissan (Coulter). Over the years Skip Walker has been my service advisor at Coulter Nissan. Every time he has always treated me kindly and professionally. He has always ensured that my standard oil changes and maintenance are done correctly. He demonstrates consistent over the long run integrity and always goes the extra mile to be patient with me when I have questions regarding the status of my vehicle. He's always patient and explains why services are needed in a positive and understandable manner. I hope to keep coming to this Nissan for many more years and hope it remains clean with all the amenities. I really appreciate the vehicle reports provided as well. Thank You Skip Walker! - Alex

I have been a customer of Nissan for over 20 years. And some times dealing with the Service personnel is sometimes an issue. I don’t know exactly how long I have been dealing with Pedro G. And Monica G. But every time I need service done to my cars. I go straight to those two. It’s like seeing friends instead of the Service guys who really don’t care why you are there. Base on Perdo and Monica is the reason I am giving them 5 ⭐️. So if you ever need to get service done at Coulter Nissan I would highly recommend you ask for them
