Costco is a great store however they fail to remain competitive with their number one competitor Sam's club. Prices and selections seem to be similar however Sam's club is far ahead of the game in customer service. Costco seems so overly concerned about scanning customers in and out that it creates a bottleneck going in and out of the store. Sam's Club technology of Scan and Go creates a far more enjoyable shopping experience.

I like shopping here. I like their customer service, lines are not too long and if so, they keep moving. The store is clean, good prices on many items. I returned something once, and it was easy. No one can beat the gas price! Keep up the good work, Costco!
