I came here today to apply for a bank card. When I opened the door and walked in, I was greeted warmly by a tall woman in a glass office. I don't speak English, so she patiently communicated with me using Google Translate. Solved the problem for me. Not only is she proficient in her business, she is also kind-hearted and willing to help others. I am very grateful for her help. She helped me a lot and was very patient, which moved me very much. I later found out her name was Heather Brady

The employees at this branch are the best ever. You know the old show Cheers. The song has a line it in that states, "you want to go where everybody knows your name". Well every time I come to this bank, I am greeted with a polite smile from the employees and they address me by name. Thanks to Heather and her team for making my banking experience pleasant.

SSA's direct express card: customer service is unhelpful and the app is useless. I was trying to transfer money from one account to another bank account and spent an hour and got absolutely nowhere but pissed off!! Customer service was useless as was their piece of crap app that only tells me my balance and transactions. Customer service is unable to input any information to make the transaction happen. Told to call back after over an hour getting nowhere

I also left Wells Fargo and moved to Comerica Bank. Andrea helped me at the front desk. Very friendly and courteous. Now that I have my SS and Pension on automatic-deposit, I won't be dropping in as often. I will miss their contagious smiles and welcomes. Thanks Comerica Team in Surprise.

I am 16 years old and began the banking realm here for the fist time today. I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I was taken care of by Henry Duah in which I received amazing costumer service and patience. He slowly and thoroughly went through the entire process with me to ensure that I knew exactly what was going on. He step by step showed me how to do online banking as well. I was nervous to go to the bank to do such an adult thing but Henry showed me that it was nothing to be scared of. This bank holds great benefits for students and I can't wait to continue with them.

I just had the worst experience I ever had in my life... I left my card at the Atm last night due to rushing because had an emergency I used comerica ATM. My husband has passed from Covid-19 not even a month ago and I have a daughter with a severe disability and a baby so we qualified for help during this pandemic and because we lost our major bread winner. Heather Bradley had and found our debit card and I advised her that I had two id verifications, documents tying us to the debit card and even account information and bank statements. I advised her that we were in the middle of trying to pay bills, get food etc for our house and there was no way we could wait 7-10 business days or longer to get a new card because we are in state of emergency. I work for a bank and I know that there are exceptions and insinuating circumstances that can be taken to help someone. I am black and I was dressed still in my pjs because we literally have been looking for the card all day and morning. Stressing because we didn’t know how we were going to eat later on in the day. There was no empathy or compassion or willingness to help us. It was just basic policy information given to me because that’s usually what bank employees do when they are not willing to take that extra step. I felt I was judged because I wasn’t properly dressed in proper attire. I was judged off my race and felt I was labeled as ghetto due to my attire. Going above and behind for any client specially because I know realize our family does have accounts with them and has for a very long time. I have a full video of the experience and I was so upset I thought about posting it in our naacp group and letting it go viral because I want people to see what a mother who has lost soooo much and is literally begging for help has to go through just to get help for something that belongs to me. It’s literally disgusting that anyone would have to go through this during a pandemic or period because you literally don’t know what someone is going through. I literally lost my whole world in less then a month to virus that’s killing so many Americans. It would be nice during this pandemic and racial war that black people are going through that we could at least just get a little bit of empathy and compassion not everyone is violent and we are all trying to survive this together.

Welcome to the way banking used to be! We left Wells Fargo after 20 years and moved to Comerica. We work with Andrea and she is fabulous. It feels weird to be able to call someone on the phone or email them with questions. We have gotten exceptional service from Andrea and all of the staff at every branch! Worth the hassle of switching banks!

This bank is awesome! I've never been to a place where the staff is so welcoming. They even got out a ball and played catch with my daughter while I signed papers!
