Store did not honor the promotion they had listed for the bottles of soda. I brought it up to the cashier who did not do anything to honor the price, but kept pushing to join their inner circle app. The cashier was condescending and has no concept of customer service. I let him know if this is how they chose to operate I will not be back and take my buisness elsewhere and he encouraged me to do so. Circle K just lost my business, and I was in there everyday... Wish I could go lower than 1 star.

I went for a Polar Pop and went to try the zero sugar white cherry Powerade. Well black stuff kept coming out. I told the lady working she had her headphones in and I was trying to be discreet, but she had me speak up for her because she didn't take her music out to hear me. The guy at the front was similar. We said Hi. Nothing. Finished the transaction. Thank you. Nothing. It was my first time in and i think the last time. QT is always around the corner. They keep their cleanliness majority of the time

Circle K has gone downhill since Covid! They added self-checkouts that suck and you still need an employee to check you out if you need cigarettes or alcohol. You can't buy lottery tickets at self-checkouts. So basically, you still have to stand in line to hope that someone will come up to the register to help you. I wish there were more Quick Trips around Surprise, AZ! I would go to them! They have it down to get you in and get you out, and they don't make 53 year old guys pull out their I.D. for every adult transaction!!! That's ridiculous! The employees keep telling me they have to meet a quota for i.d. scans!!!

close to no how to work at this kind of a store. It probably starts from management and the lack of training because these people are very slow and I don't mean only in momentum. One person that doesn't know what they're doing literally stands there and works the Automated machine. What's the point of having a Automated machine and an employee it's a joke

I was just in your Circle K at 6:40 AM to grab a soda refill and a coffee refill. Went to the register to pay before I got my refills, and I was not greeted by a friendly person. In exchange, I was disrespected snapped and or yelled at by a condescending grossly, overweight extremely unfriendly black lady. I almost walked out without even filling up my refills, on how I was treated.You have lost my business indefinitely! Walking in not saying a word, and being treated in that manner is uncalled for! I did, and said nothing to be treated that way.My suggestion to you is hire people that are a people persons. Friendly, kind, and welcoming.I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag so I do apologize for the derogatory description but you get what you give!

This store reminded me why I usually go to QT. I went inside and got a cup of hot water to heat my child's bottle, and bought a gallon of water and a cup of coffee. The cashier charged me full price for a half a cup of water. I told him it was water and he says "its in a cup, isn't it?" How tf else are you supposed to get water?? Definitely not coming back to this store.

So. This new manager insists on pushing every single customer through self checkout. He won't let anyone use a regular register. If it irritates you he will let you know its how it is and he doesn't care what you think. The guy has 12 people in line and won't let another register open . He quotes federal laws to customers during 20 second transactions. He is really focused on telling customers what they can't do by way of federal law. What's the point of that. A power trip.he herrasses women carrying little old dogs under their arm. That's what he did to the lady in front of me. Belittled her with federal dog laws because she carried her chihuahua into a convenience store. This guy is anti-customer service.
