First of all the manager, Jaime is completely inappropriate and rude to her employees and customers. She berates her employees in front of other people. She yells at the customers she cusses she takes excessively long smoke breaks on the curb. I've never seen her once throw away her cigarette. The turnover rate is ridiculous over there, and I truly believe it's simply because Jaime is the worst manager I've ever witnessed. There's also another employee there that refused as simple cup of water when I've spend thousands of dollars as a loyal customer. When in need, they air is no longer accessible without First turning in and ID. she has no management skills and she sends out group text asking for inappropriate request and ask for people to work off the clock when clocking in or clocking in. It's ridiculous that I even know so much business about their establishment and will bring my business elsewhere. I should not have to hear about it every time I go in there and witness such bad attitudes to make a purchase. Also, as a customer, I should not know that the Manager has issues with her direct supervisor. In my opinion, all of the employees should greet customers respectfully, and that should just be standard common courtesy.

Manager smokes bowls of marijuana in the cooler with the ice.. which is very unsafe due to kids being in the store and the whole store has a marijuana Smell. And the short manager lady is always groping customers from behind..Terrible experience.

bad customer service.i have two scratcher for the total amount of $20 and Manager Incharge directed her CSR to only pay me one for $10 and not on the other $10 for my scratcher ticket because there is no more cash at 9am. NO CASH !

If you need a receipt don't depend on this place. This my 3rd week in a row having to go in and ask for it. When I let them know, some stout, while haird lady became aggressive, overly loud and useless. Seriously, she needs coaching. I'm done with this place. If I could give negative stars I would.

Staff is really sweet and courteous. The morning manager, not so much! I went thru the car wash as I’ve done many times before. Only this time it left soap residue and the water didn’t dry off as usual I think because it didn’t spray the water repellent solution. I then went in to inform them inside. The cashier was sweet and polite, goes to the back and then white lady manager I’m assuming storms out the back, yelling “were is Your car?” I said outside. She then went to inspect the car, came back and said “you didn’t wait long enough for it to dry!”. Then told the cashier to do a$8 credit. I just told the cashier, I guess she’s not a morning person and I hope she is nicer to her staff than she is to customers.

id love to give five stars pizza is always amazing and arizona tea dispenser is almost always functional but if you need quick access to bathrooms this chevron has fallen to the dreaded locked door curse and i recommend looking for a qt or a bigger circle k for convenience

This Chevron had a very nice cashier and although it was busy I did not end up waiting in line long. The place was very clean as well.

What a waste of money. Purchased a 6 dollar lite car wash. Pulled into the car wash and it only sprayed water. No soap or wax. I went into the station and the gal says it only does a water rinse for 6 dollars. Such false advertising. Very upset. It's called a lite wash not a water only rinse.

First time here to get my red Challenger washed and left with significant scratches on my hood and doors which cannot be buffed out! The manager's response was that they have a sign that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO 4 Sons unless you do not care about your car!

Hopefully Jenny is still managing this store. My wife and I have been going here for 9 years. After moving further away, and being closer to the waddell/reems store, we still go to the Bell/reems store. I was there today and noticed the pizza was being served like the waddell store. My wife said she saw the manager from the waddell store there the other day, and not Jenny, yelling at the employees. If she is at this store, I will NOT remain a customer, as she is the reason we don't go to the waddell store. If this store is being run by that manager, save yourself some aggrevation and visit QT at grand and mountian view.

Worst staff member ever tried to purchase a pizza and the employee said I couldn't there would not be enough. He was a young African American employee. The issue was he didn't want to cook another one . I tried after to order one by calling and he lied and said the oven was broken and had been out of service for weeks. Total lie as I just seen him using it prior to calling. Horrible people like this are just keeping people who actually want to work unemployed. If you don't like doing your job then find something to suit you better turning away the people whom pay your check is bad business edict.

Sneaking out tonight during my mommy time to get gas so I can mow the lawn tomorrow. My husband likes me going here for the Techron. New machines make it smooth to pay. Glad to be back home to our gas prices. Note to self." Do not get gas after a long day when you're tired." Waisted my 10 cent a gallon discount on a gallon of gas for the mower. I wasn't thinking. Again that is me merely here for entertainment purposes. I rarely go inside. The lines move fast. Pretty good selection of goodies. Their bags of ice bust open super easy so be careful. They do not refill propane in the afternoon when the sun starts to go down. Sometimes sooner. Car wash is over priced for what it is and does.

.65 difference between regular and supreme is absolutely insane. Just go to the Q because the owners of this place have lost their minds.
