Chase Bank has consistently provided excellent service. Recently, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a teller named Alicia. She was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Worst bank teller - don't roll your eyes at me bank teller. I went to the sun city branch and they were phenomenal and kind and so helpful.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 but you are required to give it something. Horrible customer service. Have been calling them to set up an appointment for two days and never get anyone to answer. Then the recording says they are busy and to try back again later and hangs up on you. No matter when I tried I get no one on the phone.

Worst Chase branch I have ever been In. Customer service does not exist in this branch. I am a chase customer and own a million plus dollar business with a number of Chase accounts. I needed to add a new business account today. I sat in their lobby for 15 mins no one greeted us or even asked if we need help. I gentleman with a beard left his cubical never said a word. We got up to leave and the gentleman was coming back towards his cubical i had to ask if the appointments are full today or they had openings. He asked what I needed I said a new business account he literally says I don't have time for that. This branch needs more training or maybe I just need to switch my banking. Fair warning if you go to this branch they don't have any customer service go somewhere else.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant to go to this branch; however, the employee that met me at the door was very courteous and immediately got me to the right person to assist me: Gilbert Flores De La Cruz. He was extremely professional and took the time to give me some information that was vital to my account. No rush - he made certain everything was the way I wanted it to be. I do recommend giving this branch a try - and especially contacting Mr De La Cruz regarding any problems or issues with your banking business.

Crazy long wait time at the drive thru! I went in today to make a credit card payment at the drive thru. There were only two vehicles in line. Waited for 25 minutes to make a credit card payment. That is way too long of a wait time!

One of the female front bank teller wasn't very helpful and a bit Disrespectful. She treated me as if I was a Nuisance to her and made me feel very unwelcome. I've banked here for many years and I'm thinking I should close my accounts and move over to a new bank branch. This female teller was very unprofessionand..After making a few phone calls to account recovery I came back into speak to another front bank teller, I was treated way much better by this new bank teller. And she was very helpful and got me scheduled-in to see a branch manager the same day!!I'm hoping That her mean colleague (that was Disrespectful to me)took notes and learned from her on how to treat chase bank customers...I truly hope chase upper management reads these reviews!!!!

This branch, although polite employees they are understaffed. Came to get a form notarized, which takes literally one minute and I got tired of waiting and decided to go to UPS. The one employee with a customer having a full-blown conversation like they have all the time in the world. Wrap up your work and help other customers who are waiting for help...

Absolutely the worst customer service, no one in this industry or at this branch cares, what happened to customer service? Was made by 2 female tellers like I was an inconvenience for them not the reason they even had a job.

Bell Rd and Cotton chase is beyond busy or understaffed , not sure which. Everyone there is very polite and helpful , especially Bryon.I came in to get something important notorized today . 2 people were ahead so they told me to come back Thursday.I went down the street to UPS and although it cost $10 I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.Shame on you Mr Chase Bank

I wish they would allow for same day appointment booking online, the same day was grayed out when i looked online but when i showed up the place was dead with 3-4 bankers at their desks doing nothing. If i had known that i would of brought my more complicated transaction with me. But they are very nice and not rude at all.
