“Heather had outstanding customer service. I am new to this area and she was very accommodating even to when I needed to extend my reservation very last minute. Her and the guy with the cool hair (I don’t know his name) lol were the only two in there and they both are amazing. I would for sure go to this location again. Plus the car smelled really good and was very clean! This location for me personally went above and beyond. Thank you and I appreciate you again Heather!”

“I did not even come to this location for myself, but I was so grateful to the staff and how they helped my aunt with her issue that I wanted to make sure to leave a positive note.My aunt flew in and got a rental from the airport and on the following morning we noticed a great deal of body damage and a huge amount of tire damage which sent my aunt in to a panic that avis might say it was her fault and she would be responsible for it, etc. And she was resigned ti the possibility that this would cost her a lot of money and time, but I suggested since we were in surprise to just go to the local avis and see what her options were, I did not want her driving with that tire.For as much panicking as we did, upon arrival, the staff greeted us kindly, examined the car and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. They were so nice and understanding and thorough...it was actually a NICE experience.”
