“Heather had outstanding customer service. I am new to this area and she was very accommodating even to when I needed to extend my reservation very last minute. Her and the guy with the cool hair (I don’t know his name) lol were the only two in there and they both are amazing. I would for sure go to this location again. “I made a reservation through Costco. Once I arrived at Avis, I was immediately taken care of. It only took about five minutes to finalize the reservation. The employees were professional and courteous. Nobody tried to sell me extra insurance or anything. The car was supposed to be a regular RAV4 or similar, and I got a relatively new, fully loaded Grand Cherokee hybrid. It was pretty clean. During the rental, a big rock hit the windshield and it needed to be replaced, so I immediately told an employee when I returned the car. He took a picture and said Avis would send me the bill, as stated in the contract. I received it two weeks later, and the cost wasn't excessive ($600). So, a great experience from start to finish! I'll definitely return to this agency for any future rentals. Thank you!”
