This person made an major error on my taxes and took almost a year to respond for an amended return. When she looked at the error she told me her 3 year old son had gotten into her system and done something?! Now that I have my interest and penalties that she owes me, she will no longer return my messages or answer my phone calls. I would strongly advise anyone from using this place of business. I have been attempting to contact her for over 6 months to get the money she owes me for the error she made on my taxes.

Was the first time with Tara as our tax preparer had retired and Tara took on his clients. We were very pleased with her. She prepared our tax return quickly and gave us a planner for next year estimates based on changes we would have. She did a great job and her services are reasonably priced. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new tax preparer.

I am not sure what is going on in this office, we started off well, but after we met on the phone a couple months ago, we had some follow up activities, I cannot get in touch with this office no matter what I try. It is almost as if it is no longer in business??!! I don' t know where I stand with my 2020 taxes at this point.

It was the worst experience. Unprofessional and does not finish the agreement we had.Changed her story, stating it was a program glitch to filing issues.She made errors I found, and agreed she had done this, then reneged her comment.Customer service is nonexistent.She is refusing to file my return!!!BBB is now involved!!!8/28/2020The information that was given to Tara was accurate, what she did with it was inaccurate. Her senior accountant was to check the return and file it when approved, she stated she would not charge me for her unprofessional preparation and poor customer service.I feel her response to my Review is not factual, and it is misleading.BBB closed review as she would not work with them.I found a professional to do my taxes.

I think I drove past a dozen more popular tax prep places to get here. IT WAS SO WORTH IT! Cheaper and WAY BETTER SERVICE. What a load of stress, GONE! and with two years of refund coming back. I can't express how happy I am with Tara's work in such a small review.

This year I had a bunch of issues with my taxes, I was really worried it would be a huge hassle and take a lot of time. Tara came by and got everything done in a little less than 40 minutes! I couldn't believe how simple and quick she made it. I would highly recommend her to anyone one looking for an expert in this field.
