Most comfortable and most friendly. Jessica is very accommodating and very helpful when you have questions about certain things, upon checkout i got so much things to carry and Jessica ask Ruben to help me out . I never experience such a very compassionate person. Though this place is far from us, but i always love to shop in this place. More power to you Jessica and Ruben. Thank you very much. Sorry i am using my husband’s google to make this review.

I absolutely love shopping here ! Staff is so amazing ! I would love to extend my appreciation to staff member Karla & supervisor on shift Nuvia for absolutely everytime I come in to look for items I need they always are such a help to any questions I have ! Not only do they have such a professional positive attitude they absolutely are so hard working the whole time on my shopping times I’m in they are always making sure the store is tidey and neat ! Always a pleasure shopping here thanks to such a helpful staff ! I’m always finding some awsome things to gift my family members ! Thank you again to Karla and Nuvia ! Definitely reward these members and possibly give them a raise !

This Burlington sucks. The workers are rude and slow. The store is always empty. They don’t take returns on colognes once they been open which is stupid. How am I suppose to know I like the scent without having opened it and smelled it.

I went to the store to return the backpack. I didn't even use it, and the cashier didn't return it she said it was dirty, and honestly, I bought it like that , the dirt was from inside the backpack, which is not my fault I ask to get a store credit she said no , so sorry I don't like when costumer service don't help a costumer at all so bad experience.

this store is absolutely horrible. ther is always one cashier there a day and when the line is long ( wrapped around the corner). nobody else who works in the store comes to help it’s ridiculous. and the way they treat their employees is disgusting. i’ve seen it the old lady with blonde hair is a horrible supervisor and needs to be terminated immediately. seriously burlington do better. your company is trash!!
