They were going to do alignment on my car and found out the lower control arms bushings were out. They new I liked working on my car and said it would be cheaper if I did it. So I replaced the hole front end. And brought it back for alignment They checked my work and did my alignment now it like a new car. Thanks..

I had moved here in February 2024 and it was time for service on my pickup.
I had a complete drivetrain service there prices were very reasonable and comparable to the dealership and cheaper.
I’m a service technician myself, on my second service they had found some other issues under the vehicle and had me take a look at it with them so there are no surprises and all the issues they found were correct with what I had seen.
This service company is very well trained on inspections and repairs I would recommend them to anyone.

This morning I had an appointment at brakes plus in surprise Arizona with Jon. My AC in my car was not blowing very cold so they did their free diagnostic testing and he Jon came back and told me that I had a leak in my compressor and told me how much or around how much it would be. He told me to hold on just for a moment. When he came back, he handed me a paper that he printed out he found out that my AC and the model and make of my vehicle is a recall and suggested me to go to the dealer which I did, and they will be taking care of it at their charge, I’ve gone to break plus about 10 years now and trust them very much would recommend them for your car services. And Jon was wonderful as is everyone there thank you very much Cristina M.

Wow! This place is GREAT!! I was able to easily make a same day appt to have my brakes checked. I have less than 15000 miles on the car but the brakes were making some noise when I'd release them to back out of my driveway or other parking spots so I thought I'd better check the brake pads. Jon got me all checked in and told me that his car makes that noise sometimes when it has just rained or the humidity is high. He assured me that they'd check it out and give me a call. Albert called me and said that both my front and brake pads are fine. He said they found something they'd never seen before - a fishing hook with the line tangled up in the brake system. They untangled the line and removed the hook and I was able to pick up my car in less than an hour. I asked how much I owed and was told there was no charge - brake checks are free. I said, "But what about the removal of a fish hook and untangling the fishing line?" He again told me no charge. I expressed my gratitude and immediately got to writing this review. I highly recommend Brakes Plus!! Thank you, Jon and Albert!!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Jon, Albert and staff were fantastic! Had a late day issue with my car called them they said bring it in. We dropped the car off, maybe 20 mins later they called with the issue and had me back on the road in no time. If you are looking for honest, hard working and reliable-look no further! We move to the area a few months ago and Brakes Plus will be our go to shop!

Jon is one of the most friendly service advisors I have come across. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field and I feel as if he is always trying to get me the best deal as well as properly fix my vehicle issues. I would give six stars if I could!!
