Told I was going to be called back twice by the manager on two separate occasions, and they did not follow up. This company is a joke in itself.

Tuesday Dec. 26th 2023 I sat and waited patiently for 45 minutes or more to open a bank account. The banker had been free of a customer for at least 20-25 minutes and was more interested in helping a customer that was already receiving help from the other banker. It's almost as if she refused to help me in a timely manner. It was so bad I began to fall asleep and still was told I had to wait long by the teller who was kind and trying to get them to assist me. I just felt like she didn't want to help me so I don't care to bank with a company that doesn't value their customers time.

I am a new widow and this bank has done so much to help me get my account to my name and assisted with other issues that I faced. A bank with caring and efficient service .

Ron Lacombe is right, Heather Coke does NOT return calls. I called a half dozen times and left several messages and she never called back. BMO also DOES NOT HONOR their promotions so don't waste your time opening an account with them either.

Today I write a review in disgust, anger, and sadness. Today my husband was put to shame in front of customers and our kids. Based on the explicit and implicit biases of the branch manager Heather Coke, we closed our account and will be addressing the racial prejudice she demonstrated. This branch does not value trust or integrity, and the fact that my children observed such behaviors is sad. Luckily we have taught them better. DO BETTER BMO HARRIS BANK.

The Vice President Heather Coke does not return calls and has lost our paperwork. Terrible!!

I’m disappointed with this location and am about ready to change banks. I was supposed to get a call from a banker regarding closing my money market fund and didn’t receive a call. When I called two days later the banker assured me she would check into my issue and call me in the morning. No call. Do you WANT to loose customers?!

The Bell Rd location in Surprise is going down. Always under staffed and lots of turnaround. I've been banking with BMO since 2010., And this particular location since 2015. It used to be the same friendly staff, who provided transactions quickly, but not anymore. With no other locations closer, I may have to chose a different bank after all these years.
