THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. BOUGHT A $50 GIFT CARD A MONTH AGO FROM THE STORE IN SURPRISE AZ THAT SAYS IT HAS A $50 BALANCE REMAINING ON IT. AND SPOKE WITH JESSIE A MIN AGO AND INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING THE GIFT CARD.THEY HAD MY DAUGHTER PUT THE GROCERIES BACK. EVEN WHEN ANOTHER MANAGER CONFIRMED THE MONEY WAS THERE. AND THERE SAYING THET DONT ACCEPT THOSE CARDS ANYMORE AFTER BEING PURCHASED AT STORE A MONTH AGO. ANY OTHER STORE NO MATTER WHERE IT WAS IF IT SAYS THE ACTUAL STORES NAME ON IT AND CONFIRMS THE MONEY IS THERE WOULD Have EITHER ACCEPTED IT. OR TRANSFERRED IT TO ANOTHER CARD. AND JESSIE THE STORE MANGER WHO WOULDN’T GIVE HIS EMPLOYEE NUMBER SAYS OH SORRY WE CAN’T HELP YOU. YOU HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE. WHICH OF COURSE IS CLOSED. THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING ANY STORE WOULD DO TO A CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND I AM DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW MORNING.THAT IS THERE MISTAKE NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT.

The cashier I had at bashes was the worst cashier. I've had in a long time.She was rude and the tone of voice she used towards me was ugly.
The lady behind me had asked her a question, and she was sweet as pie to her.
Otherwise I would have gave Bashes a five star - clean food's good.

Bashas' is a convenient neighborhood grocery store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The store is well-stocked with the essentials, and the prices are reasonable. It's a solid option for your everyday grocery needs.

I went in there yesterday the heavyset Harry deli girl was not nice. I went in there about 4 PM 4:30 PM. She was definitely upset that I asked her to cut my cold cuts thin then she was upset that I did not want Brown salami. The checkout lady that was probably in her late 50s Was not nice at all. She was the only checkout open. It was number four. I’m sure you’re able to look her up and the shelves were bare. Doesn’t sell Alfredo sauce? The quality of the meat was beyond disgusting this store, highly lacking, highly overpriced and barely has food .
