I get to U scan with 6 items. 3 ring up wrong. Push help. The cashier comes and is cold as ice Nichole. Takes the bag to her register. Still 2 items wrong. Seems burdensome for her to navigate this. So I Walk over and show her the POSTED Price. She goes back to modify it. Rings me up and hands me the receipt. Not one apology or anything like it. Seems the problem was me. LMFAO. What a joke.

Bashas' is my go-to grocery store for anything out of the ordinary, a quick produce run, or to take advantage of their great digital coupons. They always have a wonderful stock of produces and have the same great people greeting you when coming in. The one thing that cannot beat Bashas' is their donuts, which are made daily and always have a huge variety, I can't stop eating those glazed croissants!

My doctor prescribed zepbound (wegovy). My Walgreens said it was backordered through April 5th. Because I needed a continuing dose I called Bashas to check on availability. They claimed they had the Wegovy so I would have to call the doctor to change the prescription from Walgreens to the Wegovy. Did that . 2 hours of calling and found the Surprise pharmacy that said they had in stock. I talked with Juanita and explained I would be paying cash as insurance does not cover. She said that's expensive stuff. I said availability was more important than price. If I can't get it, free is too much. After two more calls, I drove an hour to their pharmacy. Got to the counter. Gave my name. The Rx is placed on the counter. Show them my Good Rx coupon for $1058.00. They said they don't honor that price. Paid $1428.90. Went outside and called GoodRx. Said they would call the store and call me back. While I waited I contacted another Bashas and by chance they just got some in stock. I asked the price and they answered $1,100 just above the GoodRx price. Same company. Same drug. Same wholesaler . Same manufacturer . She explained each pharmacy manager decides the selling price. GoodRx called me back and said the pharmacy would not cooperate. I called the pharmacy, talked with the pharmacy manager and got nothing but blue sky. He said "aren't you the one who said price doesn't matter" ? Not what I said.Ended the call with "go to hell". Fry's and Walgreens from now on. I knew Eddie Basha. Shame on these small minded games. Got me once. Never again.

I want to be clear this review is for the pharmacy. I do enjoy the store itself very much, but 4 months ago I started using their pharmacy and each time I had come to the store for my prescription it had not even been filled even tho I called it in a day or 2 ahead each time. 3 times that happened to me so this time I called it in and called again the next day just to make sure that it was actually filled and ready to be picked up, I was told yes that it's ready and on the shelf. I went in and for the 4th time I ask for my prescription and it has not even been filled even tho I was told specifically it was ready, at this point I'm getting pretty aggravated at the situation on ongoing issues. I turned to my girlfriend who was standing next to me and just said " this is the 4th time in a row I've had an issue" the pharmacist(tall balding white dude w/glasses) apparently overheard me say that and decided to make a snide comment that I can feel free to transfer to another pharmacy as he was walking away. Extremely rude... I understand things happen which is why I want upset the first couple times but 4 times in a row gives me the right to be a little upset and to be talked to like that was infuriating. This man does not know how to run a pharmacy nor does he know decent manners. And its not just to me as my girlfriend usually picks up my prescription and has made several comments about how rude he is to her when she comes in. If you choose to use this pharmacy you should unfortunately expect to have to deal with some attitude from this man

Kevin the manager is such a great and nice person. I switched from Walgreens/CVS because of there hours and just not happy with there services. Since I have been coming to bashes and seeing Kevin it's been the best change I did. He remembers I think all of his customers and shows empathy. Just remember if you switch like I did they are closed on Sunday.

Great price on meat selections. However inflation has hit Bashas particularly hard. For most staple and brand name items they are more expensive. I typically just shop the sales, though over the years I’ve spent $10’s of thousands of dollars at this particular store as it’s so close to my home. Staff is incredibly friendly.

Absolutely the best pharmacy You will not find a pharmacy anywhere in town like BashasThey treat you with care and you'll never wait on the phone or at the pharmacy counter The pharmacist manager Kevin is wonderful along with Chris and Juanita They go above to make sure your prescriptions are filled in a timely manner You will not be disappointed and actually surprised with the customer service Give them a try and you'll see just how fast your prescription(s) are filled Along with a pleasant attitude from all the staff !

I have never been into one of these stores but was on the hunt for chocolate for a migraine. This store was contently located where I was so I popped in. The store is well-lit, appeared well-stocked, & had a wide range of products. I didn't look closely at the meat department but I will definitely come back another day to check it out.
