Today was the second time in a month that this branch could not do a simple transaction for me that they have done many times in the past. I had to leave there and head out of my way to the Waddell branch where they were easily able to accommodate my needs. I don't get it?

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank bin with Bank of America for a long time nothing but problems stay far away from this bank terrible customer service and good luck getting your money when you need it and customer service will hang up on you. place is a joke will be closing all my accounts with them

Seriously horrible service at this branch with staff that is really unprofessional! Like why be in customer service if you have zero emotional intelligence and do t know how to treat people!It never changes and if I didn’t have my mortgage coming out automatically, I’d switch banks.

I made an appointment the first time. I was helped after others who came in before me, which I respected, but hoped this would be different in the future as my appointment was expected and made in advance. The woman that helped me was personable in front of other clients, but not very personable with me and only did part of what I asked to get done.The second time I came in, it took 10 minutes for me to get helped. She helped others while having a client in the office waiting for her with me waiting on her. It was a mess even for a bank. I just hope your not in a hurry or looking for personability in your financial advisor here.

Had an appointment scheduled and they canceled it with no notice due to "understaffing." The bank manager (presumably) said I could reschedule for 2 days later with no regard for my time or schedule. Been with B of A for 20 years, but with no interest on savings, high fees and terrible customer service I finally decided to move my money and will be closing my accounts. This is long over due and even Dave Ramsey mentions how terrible they are. I'm a fool for staying with them as long as I did.

i went in to make a payment on a weekday at 10am. Only 1 teller was on duty and the party in front of me was with the single teller for over 25 minutes. Due to this delay there were now a dozen people waiting in line for the teller by the time they were done and the OTHER THREE B OF A EMPLOYEES COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO HELP OUT. So it took me about 30 minutes to FINALLY make a payment on my card !!!! UNACCEPTABLE.HORRIBLE SERVICE.

One of the Worse bank to bank with. 11 people in line , Only 1 teller and they don't care your in line for over 1/2 hour. Teller kept hitting Bell for manager help I went over and let them know she rang bell 3 times now and manager didn't have anyone in office. What happened to customer service??? Not here for sure

The two hating tellers gave me a hard time about a text code that wasn't coming thru my phone, so they wouldn't let me withdrawal nor get a cashier's check. Had to drive all the way to arrowhead and NO ISSUES and NO CODE was needed....

i wish i could give a 0 but that's not possible so i give it a one! no one ever answers the phones, you have to wait an hour and a half just to ask ONE simple question.! if they are keeping our money they should be able to afford a worker to answer the phones. it's ridiculous. if i can't trust you to answer a phone like what makes you think i trust you with my money.
