“I have taken 2 of our vehicles here this past year. These guys have been incredible. They have replaced a transmission and nearly overhauled the motor while doing some upgrades. If I ever had a question about anything I’d call them up and the first thing they say is bring it back we will take care of it. The second vehicle he helped me in diagnosing another failing transmission. Danny goes over the top to make sure everything I have asked for or needed he made it happen. Extremely knowledgeable, and legitimately enjoys what he does. The rig they did all the work to is an absolute animal now and should give me another 200k miles of life. If anything of mine needs work that I can’t take care of, it is going here no questions asked.”

“My check engine light came on in my Maserati and the code reader at AutoZone said my O2 sensor was bad. Not many places have the capability to work on high end cars but someone recommended I tried this place before going to the dealer so I took it here to see if they could fix it. The owner (Joe) said he has a comprehensive computer diagnostic tool that most shops don't have so I felt comfortable knowing he could properly troubleshoot and fix it. He called me a few hours after I dropped it off and said my O2 sensor was good but the connection was loose causing the code. He said, it didn't need to be replace because he secured the connector and my car was ready to be picked up. I was pretty relieved to find out it was something so simple and even happier the he saved me a couple hundred dollars from not having to buy a new part.”

“This dealership was like stumbling into a coffee shop where everyone knows your name. From the moment I drove in, armed with nothing but a dream and a love for possibly that used car, I felt like the three hour drive to get there was not in vain. The folks there? Oh, and I can't say enough about Michel Factory, he's more guide than salesperson. There was no arm-twisting, and minimal "Let me talk to my finance manager" shenanigans. Just genuine, easy-breezy chit-chat about what I needed from my ride and what my trade-in was worth. It was like they were building a friendship rather than just closing a deal.
The whole experience was quicker than car purchase of the past. Before I knew it, keys were in hand, and I was out the door, without any of that dreaded buyer's remorse shadowing my departure.
So, if you're looking for a car shopping experience that's as delightful as finding an extra fry at the bottom of the bag, this is the spot. Enjoyable, low-pressure, and quicker than saying "Let's hit the road, Jack!" it's a place I can't recommend enough. “Stopped in at the Interstate Battery Center in Surprise this morning to have a new battery installed in my car. I was there at 8:00am just when they opened. The young man working, named Spencer, so was helpful and cheerful. He checked for the warranty on my old battery and was able to apply a 45% off prorated warranty for my new one. He also installed the new battery and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. His cheerfulness absolutely made my day! I will recommend Interstate to all my friends and encourage them to go to see Spencer in the Surprise store. It's nice to see that GOOD customer service is still alive and wel,l at least somewhere!”
