“This is an update from must my 5 star rating. I went to the Surprise store and was helped by two young men that were extremely helpful. I went there after I had a safety check on my car and it showed my 2 year old Interstate battery was having some major problems and strongly suggested I replace the battery. After seeing the test report I knew I still had warranty coverage on the battery and went to the Surprise Interstate Center off Litchfield Road and was pleasantly greeted by the manager of the store and one of his staff who seemed very happy to help and did some testing confirming I did have a bad battery and thankfully replaced for me. I have been dealing with Interstate for many years now and always happy with their service. This Service Center was particularly good though and thought I would give them a thank you shout for their considerate attitude and work.”

“I love this place! Right around the corner, staff are very helpful and know a lot. After all the stuff they had to "bring in from hub" (like 15 items) for son's Firebird only 1 time was the wrong item sent, not even their fault but they took care of me when it happened. Can't go wrong at this Auto zone”

“Great experience here, I own a Toyota Corolla and recently got rear ended. I was skeptical to take it anywhere else but Toyota but decided to give this place a chance and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were so kind and attentive. They called the rental car they work with and they came to pick me up and dripped me off at enterprise the same way we could drop off the rental at crash champions and they will take the rental back without us doing any extra work. They finished my bumper in a quickness and inspected the whole car. They were very communicative when it came to anything about my vehicle. They had my car ready in 4 days. “We walked in there. I really thought I wasn’t gonna get a car. My credit is absolute trash. Kyle Simpson helped us out. He got us approved when almost every other dealership was telling me I could not be approved or it was gonna be high APR he got me knocked down to an 11 APR when everyone else was telling me 30%. “I called in to get a price on our car battery for our 2013 Chrysler 200 and Babyrina, the team lead tried to help me out over the phone. She could not find any information for our year vehicle so she went online to get the information. She found information that was inconclusive so she asked me to bring the vehicle down to verify what battery was needed. When I brought the vehicle in she squeezed me in and was able to get me taken care of really fast, despite them being very busy. Babyrina and Domanica (Dept associate) were so very helpful on the phone and in the store. Thank you, ladies. Walmart is lucky to have employees like yourselves.”
