“I bought a battery on September 21st 2023 and last week my car wouldn’t start. I spent the entire week calling 5 different auto zone trying to figure out how to get a warranty battery but because I couldn’t remember the phone number I used no one wanted to help me. “This O'Reilly's has become my "Go To" auto parts store since they opened. The employees consistently go above and beyond to find the items that I need and offer advice. For example, last year I needed a new battery for my 2017 Mazda Miata. While he was installing the new one, he advised me to remove the thermal enclosure around the battery, explaining that it was installed to keep the battery warm in cold climates. In Arizona it causes the battery to run hotter and shortens its life. Little things like that are excellent customer service!”

“Stopped in at the Interstate Battery Center in Surprise this morning to have a new battery installed in my car. I was there at 8:00am just when they opened. The young man working, named Spencer, so was helpful and cheerful. He checked for the warranty on my old battery and was able to apply a 45% off prorated warranty for my new one. He also installed the new battery and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. His cheerfulness absolutely made my day! I will recommend Interstate to all my friends and encourage them to go to see Spencer in the Surprise store. It's nice to see that GOOD customer service is still alive and wel,l at least somewhere!”
“This dealership was like stumbling into a coffee shop where everyone knows your name. From the moment I drove in, armed with nothing but a dream and a love for possibly that used car, I felt like the three hour drive to get there was not in vain. The folks there? Oh, and I can't say enough about Michel Factory, he's more guide than salesperson. There was no arm-twisting, and minimal "Let me talk to my finance manager" shenanigans. Just genuine, easy-breezy chit-chat about what I needed from my ride and what my trade-in was worth. It was like they were building a friendship rather than just closing a deal.
