“I have brought my PC here 3 times now for either parts installation or diagnostics. This last time though I had a wonderful experience checking in my PC with Michael. He was not only knowledgeable but was just a delight to deal with. I also have to shout out Maximo, I received a call right at closing time letting me know my PC is ready, they could have called me tomorrow but took the extra time at the end of their day to at least let me know. I have to say this GS station has some AMAZING employees working for them and I only hope their bosses know it! I appreciate you guys!”

“We came in looking for a new tv and boy did they have options. It had been many years since our last one and had so many questions. Our last experience with Best Buy was over a decade ago and so awful we haven’t been back. We decided to give them another chance to see if anything was different. Once we found what we were looking we asked for delivery. We were surprised that they could get it to our house in two days. Price was fair and with a promotion going on we were also offered a gift card. I waited until after delivery to make sure my review was fully informed. Also because the delivery was part of our last issue. I am pleased to say it went well. Communication was on point and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful.”
