Alba was a great find. Adrian gave us a quote right away after reviewing our master shower that was needing a remodel. Adrian as well as his team are very professional, communicative and hold to their word. I could tell that his employees took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were happy with the process. Adrian is hands on and was always checking in. His team was at our home every day. Alba's prices are competitive. Once Alba started, I felt confident we picked the right company and then had complete trust they would do it right and true to the completion.

Our first project was kitchen countertops c/w sink, and range top, which we were very happy with. The plumber even moved our RA system that made more room under the sink. So we asked them back to quote bathroom remodel. While we had many different quotes, and theirs was very compatible, they again went above and beyond with their before and after service. We leaned on them and their experience to help with our styling and color choices. We are very pleased with the final project and we would recommend them to anyone!

I have worked with all sorts of contractors around the Valley. Alba Construction the best company I have seen so far. Honesty, commitment, and communication go a long way when remodeling your home. Stumbled upon this place while in the area. They offer a lot of home remodeling, painting, flooring, and cabinets. They have been around about a year. A few people in Sun City we know have used them and had nothing but good things to say. I have seen one of their kitchen and bathroom remodels from Alba and it was beautiful and level! They have some really nice materials to offer. Right now we are working on a do it yourself project for our flooring. They only provide materials along with their installation. Definately keeping them on the back burner for our next project where we will need them.

Alba Construction is amazing! We had them install natural stone to the bump-outs on each side of our garage, around three pillars, as well as along one outside wall on the front of our house in Sun City West, AZ. We absolutely love how our home looks! The new stonework sets ours apart from others on the block, which is what we wanted. Virgil is a delight to work with; very knowledgeable and professional. Professional, very timely, one could only wish dealing with any construction company could be so flawless. The tile crew did an excellent job of our office and master bedroom. In under 24 hours! Amazing. They put all the furn back correctly and plugged everything in as well. Nicely done Alba, and thanks to our sales agent Virgil. Would use them in a minute next time, and will.

Did a major upgrade and remodel on our home. Price was competitive, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Work quality was above average but not super high end. Only issues were communication was spotty at times and I felt a lot of days were wasted. At one point went almost a week with no work being done. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend this company. Of special note was their electrician/plumber George, awesome craftsman with a pleasant personality.

So many problems with Tru Builders it's difficult to summarize. Poured concrete floor addition 3" off center. Delivered 3 wrong set of trusses on 3 separate occasions. Did not repair new footings in accordance to engineering drawing. Left broken and unfinished concrete above ground level. Basically ruined 2 brand new Milgard patio sliders because they tried to save money and install them theirselves, even a Milgard rep agreed that they were not installed correctly. Did not install window sill flashing according to manufacturer instructions, now sills could possibly leak water into my walls causing mold and damage. Did not block and fasten sheetrock in a 22' run across my ceiling. We have filed complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, but will most likely have to obtain legal assistance to collect from Tru Builders to hire qualified contractors to fix all the problems.

Kitchen remodel was professionally done and on time. Lots of comments from friends on the cabinets and the granite countertops. Painters did a great job on painting interior. The carpenters did a fantastic job on the crown molding. All told, very satisfied with the whole job.
