Called me 15 mins before my appointment to tell me that they don't have any test kits. Told me to book another appointment at a different location. Very unprofessional!

TERRIBLE... AWFUL SERVICE. Please use another Walgreens location other than Sunlakes. There is very poor communications from pharmacy employees. Customer service is unexceptable. This pharmacy service location staff needs alot of training.

I made a mistake. I transferred my medications here. The prices I was quoted were not honored... In fact. they apparently go up $20 a day? The non-english speaking pharmacist claim the prices change every day? This place takes advantage of seniors in the neighborhood. There is a special place in hell for this brown pharmacist.

Constructive criticism:Okay as a person who used to come to the store on the behalf of others, it used to be really good. And the pharmacy to the makeup 'girl'who used to help with cosmetics . yes there was one!?The last maybe three to four years when they laid off their old staff- meaning mature 40+ you saw a slow but declining stage of customer service start. Now maybe they have really terrible rules but I know is your staff is getting younger people in college and this is probably their first serious job either out of school or they're still in school they don't know anything about customer service. They're not well-trained and probably not educated about the medications they're handing out. Instead of hiring college kids ( with the OK boomer mentality) you should hire people who live closer to the area actually care to have a job and are trained in pharmacy. Or start seriously screening them for attitude and aptitude . I think it's probably harder to get a job at Target than in this Pharmacy judging by the turnover .Also maybe a course in empathy and learning how to deal with certain situations they need to learn to diffuse and handle sometimes difficult people otherwise you shouldn't be in customer face to face service.But go ahead keep losing business and frustration SL residents. This used to be one of the friendliest drug stores I have ever encountered, and I've been around a while and while not a resident of Sun Lakes I was quite impressed back then it's only in recent years that I've seen real cs problems and that was before covid.

I went to CVS pharmacy for years as that's the only pharmacy my company's insurance would use. I switched insurance companies this year and switched to Walgreens as I had issues every time I would try and get a prescription filled at CVS. I've been going to this Walgreens for almost a year now without a single issue. I am so glad that I was able to make the switch.

Booster appointment set 2 weeks agai. Show up check in and 30mins later still waiting...why the appointment time then...walk ins not allowed. Pointless appointment system if they can't manage to see you at the scheduled time.

It really depends on who you deal with at this location. Today was not a good day there . The pharmacist ,Madeline , was extremely condescending. The tech I dealt with just did not want to listen. She wanted to parrot . I don't think that doing your job as you should necessarily makes you a martyr. While I'm very aware that they are very busy , so am I. I am the sole caregiver to both parents .

Just not reliable. I understand pandemic shortages ect .. but do not say it will be ready this afternoon and then keep saying the same thing for 3 days .. say it won’t t be ready for 5 days if that’s the case .. I think we deserve to be told the truth . So frustrating ..we all have better things to do than to drive to the pharmacy only to be told it’s not ready . Yes I have called and I have been told come in an hour .. still nothing.. I would go to another pharmacy but i am just picking up for a family member and she likes the location. Unacceptable.

This Walgreens pharmacy sucks. I go online to set up a flu vaccine, take time off of work, and I get to the window with my confirmation number and the staff here informs me oh we only give out vaccines for 65 or older. The booking never informed you of this, I put in my date of birth like it asked, and it allowed me to book the appointment. I drive all the way from my house to make this appointment on time which is an easy during the workday and I did it over my lunch hour. But the staff refused to give me a vaccine because I’m not 65 or older even though the booking didn’t have an age restriction at all. This Walgreens was like going to the Department of Motor Vehicles except I think saying that he’s giving the department of motor vehicles a really bad name. I did nothing wrong except follow the instructions, find a location and time that worked, and came out and made my appointment on time. They didn’t even make an exception because I had a confirmation..

Store is getting worse in customer service levels, wait times terrible since they started giving vaccine shots, since they are billing the government it,s easy money the rest of the customers can wait.Yet since they went to filling prescriptions at their central location that service has gotten worse they can,t find what they say is ready for pickup, 9 times out of 10 it,s either short or come back the next dayHence it,s time to try another pharmacy

Pharmacy staff was openly rude to me when I told them I came in for the flu shot. 2 of them both rolled their eyes in annoyance. One of them even loudly said that they were the same thing as the COVID one. I also scheduled it online but I assume that didn't matter since they didn't even bother to check. 46 minutes later they let the people who came in after us to get their shot instead of us. I'm never coming to this Walgreens again.
