They fixed our struts and gave us 2 weeks until we got our next paycheck. They were awesome and friendly and patient. They didn't charge us storage fees for waiting that long, which is awesome! I am so grateful they helped us out.

The absolute best place to go for Auto Repairs! Unfortunately I’ve had to take my vehicle in a few times but super thankful for the friendly service and amazing work at this location. Don is the best but everyone at this location is great! ?

It was easy to make an appointment by phone for a drop off appointment. The Check-In was completed yet thorough in minutes. I received a text to call my service technician to review the air conditioning system challenge my our Honda Accord was having this July 2024. Don called me back within hours advising of the situation and the estimate needed to bring the vehicle back to service specifications. I was extremely happy that all of this was being accomplished all in one day. Our family has used Sun Devil Auto since moving to Sun Lakes nearly a decade ago. Sun Devil has always been very friendly and helpful when we need them for the Honda and the Pacific Van.

Very unpleasant experience with this location. They maybe good with routine maintenance issues, but AC was not good. I took car in after AC was suddenly blowing hot. Was told it just needed recharge. Next day, once again blowing hot. Took it back and now was told it was 2 hoses that were leaking. This was $590. Next day, AC blowing hot again! Went back very upset obviously. Left it again. Now this time was told it was a condenser. This was now another $620.00. No offer to apply anything towards the cost of the hoses that clearly were not the issue in the first place. So i paid double for something that should not have cost this much. And that's not all! Next day, I was driving on the freeway and heard this grinding from the hood area. Pulled off the freeway and it was even louder now. Pulled into parking area and looked under car. I see the entire underneath splash guard has hanging and scraping on the ground! None of the screws were put back in during the repairs! Sun Devil clearly left this as they went into this area to replace the condenser. So now i have a scraped up splash guard, but I will not take my car to this place again due to this sloppy attention to detail and "Guessing" on what the issue is, while the customer pays the price at the end of the day.

I had a great experience when I took my car in for oil change and it needed new brakes. The guys were great at explaining what was needed and they gave me a ride home and back when the work was done. I highly recommend this place!
