Very friendly staff! Dr Cool was on time.We reviewed my medical history, she provided great service and honest medical advice.Got my blood drawn in office which was convenient. My prescription was sent in and an hour later I got a text from my Pharmacy that is was ready. I had a wonderful experience.

She refused to authorize a refill for a blood pressure med I've been taking for 17 years. I must visit the doctor first so that they can bill my insurance for the unnecessary visit, and then they will authorize a refill. In a nutshell, the problem with American healthcare: the greed of its practitioners.
