“I visited this bank with my mom who is 87, with a walker and somewhat difficult. The employees were patient and incredibly good with her and her needs and many questions, sometimes repeated. Working in the service industry myself, I truly appreciate employees who can be empathetic to the needs of others. These folks get an A+.”

“Wonderful service at this branch! A huge thank you to Ruben, James, and Christian.My husband and I were previously Simple bank customers, which was then bought out by BBVA, and then bought out by PNC. We unfortunately didn't like either BBVA or PNC as much due to extra fees and slower transfer times, so we decided to close our account. Unfortunately we ran into some trouble with PNC's mobile support in the process, so we finally visited the branch for help. We were super thankful that the branch was able to get everything smoothed out.I initially worked with Ruben who was fantastic! He was very patient and did not give up until we found a solution for my problem. He was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. During our second visit, we additionally worked with James and Christian who were great as well. Everyone seemed to genuinely care about helping us.I would easily give 5 stars for the service at this branch. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because PNC as a company seems to have processes that slow things down and make things more difficult for both their employees and customers. Both visits took quite a bit of time, at no fault of the branch employees. PNC processes required them to make calls, wait on hold, and go through multiple hoops for support.”

“In the past when we've come here to take care of things I didn't really like the way we were treated. However two weeks ago we came in and we spoke with Christopher, I think his name was. He was so kind and helped us with what we needed done. This man needs a raise and a promotion. He had amazing leadership skills and was very knowledgeable about everything.”
“I had an unusual transaction that needed to be completed at this branch and I am not an account holder. It went through with no issues thanks to Chris (branch manager). He kept me informed the whole way through and there were absolutely no issues. All the bank tellers I dealt with were very friendly and personable as well. I'm seriously thinking about opening an account. I can't understand all the negative reviews. Maybe those people just can't be pleased? I don't know... But my experience has been nothing but pleasure.”
