“I have just purchased an older car that originally came with an R12 system b ut was blowing warm air. I called about getting it converted to an R134A system and Jon could not have been nicer on the phone. He said come in any day before 3 and they'd take care of me for a reasonable price. After arriving and having the tech check out the car, I was advised that it HAD already been converted and all it needed was a recharge! I was out within an hour at a great price! Since this review las review my daughter's VW needed a repair for overheating. Paul was very upfront about the cars cooling system. Talked me through what the techs findings. We decided on the a coolant flush over more expensive solutionions. Which may be a temporary fix. But saved me 1000' s for now. They have my trust in having my best interest at hand. The car is back on the road and I am always grateful for the quick response and repair.

“No need to go to a Dealer that overcharges you. All parts and labor at a more reasonable price are available here. But the top reason we go here is trust. The Dealer will say you need multiple services but Interstate will tell you why some of that work is not needed. As a big plus, the staff is always friendly, professional, highly trained and will keep you posted about your service. Don’t tell anyone. I want to keep this place for myself.”

“The AC on our car went out one day, and in the hot Arizona heat that just isn't tolerable. Keith got us in fast, diagnosed the issue, and despite the first fix unveiling a secondary issue that also necessitated replacement parts, he was extremely friendly and up-front throughout and got us taken care of quickly! Now the AC runs nice and frosty, and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be returning next time we need service. The whole team at AZ Automasters certainly take pride in not only the work they do, but also the customer service they provide.”
“Had me worried, they needed a fee to look at my vehicle. Once they saw it was a simple latch fix on my filter housing. No charge and I can't believe they took care of transportation from and back to the facility with an easy Uber service. I was referred to them by my sister who also had great things to say about them. I won't go anywhere else in the future.”

“I bought chrome rims for my husband’s GMC truck and the salesperson that helped me over the phone was so helpful and even checked with the dealer to make sure they would fit before shipping and called me to let me know that everything checked out ok. How many places go to that extent to assure that your item is correct size and even to call me and assure me so I don’t worry about having to ship anything back if I made a purchase that would not have fit. The rims are beautiful and my husband is very happy with them.

“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change.
