Our company has business with Wells Fargo to take our deposits there. Everything was fine until the Amazing manager Amanda got transferred to another location and the new manager after her does not meet the requirements for the position especially when it comes to customer service and support to their employees. It’s as if there is no a manger there. All she does is sits behind the computer drinking her coffee while customers yell at her employees and the line is passed the Atm.

Worst branch in AZ! Refused to deposit a large check. Went to 75 and bell branch, no problem. Also wanted a large amount of cash gave them a two week notice to order it…never happened.

Attempted to open a new business account. Sat for a half hour along with another gentleman, watching the 2 employees here sit there and shoot the breeze. Ended up walking out. Customer service & appreciation goes a long ways. Unfortunately you will not find that at this location. Will take my business to another bank. Not Wells Fargo!

Only 2 tellers. Line so long people are choosing to leave and come back. What happened to the customer service? At least at Chase they acknowledge those in line.

Drive thru isn't open, and only lobby ATM available. The line inside for teller service is out the door. Ridiculous.

Horrible branch!! Don't waste your time or deposit a dime... I closed all accounts after the Horrible treatment I just received. Manager and staff are a joke.... forced to put 1 star to leave this review... they don't even deserve 1 star...

Disgusting behavior from teller. Older woman with black hair (the teller) was looking through old woman's purse after she couldn't find her ID. Proceded to be rude to me as well. I will be coming back soon to close both of my accounts

Beware of this location!!!Not a wells fargo member. Took a friend who needed to cash a check. Decided to use their ATM instead of my own bank's. Expected to get charged a little extra but I pulled $200 out of my account, says there's a $3.50 service fee. No problem. Receipt says charged $203.50. Look over my bank statement and there is a $203.50 charge and at the exact same time, down to the very second, there is a second charge of $83.50. Let my bank know this is a fraudulent charge and that there is no way possible I could have pulled out 2 atm withdrawals at the EXACT SAME TIME for different amounts.They said because "my card was present during the transaction there is nothing they can do" meanwhile wells fargo denies any responsibility. So, cost me $287 to pull $200 out from this crook's atm.It's likely got some third party chip reader stuck on their atm and wells fargo just let's it slide. He'll it's probably one of their employees who's stealing your money.Don't trust anyone in this building.

Jose Perez has the worst customer service ever rude coconut that hates on Latinos having more money than him. Only reason I made an appointment there after being treated poorly the first time was because of open availability no wonder no one wants to open a buisness account with him.
