Today I just went to there and asked my one 20 dollars to 20 one bills. The teller said if I have an account here I said I don't have. She said She can not change my money , also she said " Sorry about that "I would like to say now " Sorry about that I gave you guys 1 star review".Not that I knew I usually go to Chase or Bank of America they never asked me if I have an account with them.I will never have any account with Wells Fargo Bank. Thank you so much for Today service for me. I will rememebr that. Thank you again.

When did banks decide to treat their customers like they DO NOT MATTER? This particular location has lots of angry customers ( per my lawyer). When your lawyer advises you NOT to use a bank- listen. These folks don't EVEN know how to smile. Speaks volumes.

I've been to this bank several times in the past 2 months, the most recent being two weeks ago to get a business account transferred. There's always a long wait time to get an appointment to meet with a banker (7-10days) and they always need more information to complete business. On my most recent experience, two weeks ago I had a 3:00pm appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and took a seat in the designated waiting area. After 25 minutes (at 3:20pm) a banker (Chris) finally came over and took me to his cubicle I remarked that I had waited 25 minutes, and nobody even acknowledged that I was there. His response was "well, you can see that we're busy" which implied to me that their time is much more valuable than mine. When we got into the business at hand, he told me he couldn't help me because I didn't have the proper paperwork. I explained that on my last visit the banker told me I didn't need the paperwork he was requesting, and he got up from the desk and left. Five minutes later he came back and told me nobody there told me that because "we're all tenured bankers with at least 15 years' experience". So now he's telling me not only is my time of no value, but I'm a liar! I made another appointment for a week later and at 9:00am on the date of my appointment the bank called and said they had to cancel my appointment because "we don't have any bankers here today". I have another appointment today, so there may be another review later. Obviously they don't know there are other banks in the area, but I do!

Phone number is a waste of time. No one answers. Tried going in to set up an appointment for a Refi and No one in the lobby could help. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 40 years but I'm sick of the lack of service "due to covid" excuse they constantly use. I am seriously considering moving my business elsewhere!

Nice location. Friendly staff. I came in today to open an account (had to make an appointment due to the rona) and was helped immediately by a banker who was extremely knowledgeable about the products they have to offer and helped me find the right account types to suit my needs. Also helped me link my accts to the online bank app and showed me the options available for safe deposit boxes.Also Did a quick transaction with a teller who was very friendly and knowledgable as well.

04/30/21 I took a large ammt of rolled quarters in to deposit. Keely, at the window was awesome.. Friendly and cheerful. A credit to your company. I had customer service people work for me for 35 years. I would hire her in an instant. Thanks again

For 22-yrs, my husband and I have received wonderful service consistently from SCW Wells Fargo bank and have not considered changing banks, have absolutely no reason to. We also enjoy excellentservice our MT residence Wells Fargo branch. Our commendation to Wells Fargo employees wehave found to be friendly, professional, efficient and expedient. Thank you.

One star is way over rating this joint!!! Waited over 30 minutes in drive up window to cash a check!! Was told the wait would be just as long if I went inside the building. There were 3 cars in front of the branch!! CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!

There needs to be a way to JUST DEPOST a check.....no cash back....into my checking acct.....without having to wait in line....in my car...when it is 110 degrees. The last time...I waited 1 hour & 30 minutes.Never again!
