I dropped my phone over the weekend and the screen wouldn't work. Went to the Verizon store at 10001 Bell in Sun City. Kris checked it out and gave me the information that I needed to file a claim. Insurance company sent a tech out with a new phone the same day. He transferred all he could but another was missing, so I went back to Kris and she got all of my information back. Didn't know I had Verizon cloud but she did. She is very nice to work with, so helpful and knowledgeable. I gave her the 5 stars but if there were 10 she would have gotten them. Thank you Kris and Verizon.
