After a terrible experience at another Verizon location, I came to this location needing questions answered and help.
Davonte - I think that was his name - helped me right away and went above and beyond to help me return my phone!
I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you so much- this is my location of choice! Everyone is so nice and willing to help!

I went in today to get a phone for my daughter. Being a single father, it is important to me that I am able to get ahold of her when need be. However, with her only being 9 years old, I was very concerned with how much access she would have to apps and internet usage. I worked with Theodore, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient and understanding of my needs and concerns. I walked out of there feeling confident that I had made an informed decision. This is not the first interaction I've had with Theodore. I went in about a year ago to upgrade my phone and to take care of a few other things. He was extremely helpful then, which is why I went back to him today. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody as everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. I will continue going to this location (even though it's not the closet or most convenient) and dealing with Theodore for all of my wireless needs.

Great cust svc! Didn't really know what phone I wanted so the guy helping me took all the time I needed and explained all the phone features. He helped me pick the best phone for my needs. Will definitely go back.

The experience I had at this location was amazing. I had the opportunity to speak and work with Armando Bueno. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions. The one thing that impressed me the most was I was not going in there to buy anything but I had questions on my current device. He very patiently explained about a couple accessories that would benefit me. Thank you so much Armando for all your help.
