Went to get clubs regripped the other day and was looking around, and saw two guys working the simulator and I thought there was a lesson being taught. 5 minutes later was finally asked if I needed help and it's two employees just working on their golf game. When I went to pickup my clubs, the guy in the front was talking to a lady in the front and I'm just waiting again to pay and leave. Your employee's need to pay attention to their surroundings.

Went in and bought a used driver two weeks ago. The entire time I was there the guy helping me was talking about how you can buy a club and bring it back if you don’t like it because of their “90 day guarantee.” I used the club once and did not like it so I decided I would just invest in a new driver since I could take the other one back. I get to the store and the guy at the counter asks if I want to go look for something else. I tell him I decided to buy a new driver already. This is when I am informed that the “90 day guarantee” is only for in store credit and they would not give me a full refund. I was told “If we gave full refunds we’d just be a store of used clubs” and “we aren’t a club rental service.” Well, that doesn’t even make sense considering I was trying to return an ALREADY USED CLUB! Keep in mind, I only bought this club exactly two weeks ago. I would understand if I bought a brand new driver and tried to return it. But you can’t return a used driver within two weeks of a purchase for a full refund?! Sounds like stealing to me. Just beware that the “90 day guarantee” only guarantees that this company gets your money whether or not you are satisfied.

My friend wanted to purchase a new 3 wood. We were there for 15 minutes before we had to ask for help. The person that helped us looked like he was bored stiff. Not a real positive experience.
