The service at the office was excellent. I was walked through all the new technologies in my new CPAP. This my second machine. However, trying to get through on the phone is frustrating and had long waits. Playing phone tag with their people led to long holds. Call backs, as prompted by their recording, sometimes occurred.

Everybody was very polite and nice….. Took several days longer than what I was originally told to get my nebulizer machine And I ended up having to go and pick it up personally otherwise it would’ve taken even longer for me to get it….. i’m grateful that I only live four minutes away from One of their locations…..

I got my CPAP Machine last month from this company. The nasal mask did not work for me. I called last week and I could not reach anybody on the phone to get my free replacement. I talked to someone today and she told me since it was past the 30 days I would have to pay out of pocket for the replacement nasal mask ?!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU CAN NT REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE PHONE!!!
