U.S. Bank is using a bait and switch scheme that is diabolically unfair! I opened an elite money market account in July 2023 with $85,000. I was to be paid 4.25%. Eight months later, they dropped the rate to 3.8%. They did this just because they wanted to. The prime rate had not been adjusted down. Then this month, which would be a total of 10 months later, it dropped to 3.0%. At this rate, I will be earning nothing within the next year. My mother and sister also opened up accounts for $25,000, and also are upset that the interest rate has dropped 1.25 in less than a year. This is not the way to keep customers, U.S. Bank! I will be moving my money.

If I could give this rating 0 stars I would. This location declined cashing my check that was from their own bank. Went to a different location without a problem helped.

Great staff, Angela Corsino is one of a kind. She has a pleasant personality and is always so helpful to the retired community which she serves. No matter the issue she is happy to help you get it resolved. Angela Corsino is another very helpful employee there. Thank you ladies for the work you do and the exceptional customer service you provide on a daily basis. The world needs more women like you!

Worst location I have visited. Customer service is lacking. Unwilling to help, waste of time. Go to the Surprise location or the one on 67th and Bell.

went to withdrawal a couple thousand dollars From my account with US Bank. Was told the bank doesn't carry enough money to cover it so refused. Come back end of week to order my money and pick up the following Monday. Asked to talk to manager which never happened

Avoid Gary. He offers terrible customer service. I have a business account went there to grab checks. After that was done I ask to withdraw some cash and he looked at me annoyed. I request for a pouch for my checks and money in because it was raining outside and I didn't want to get my checks wet. Was denied said there's nothing he can do. If possible go to other tellers they are amazing like Kevin he is amazing. Avoid Gary unless you're in a hurry or want terrible customer service.

US Bank, while I appreciate and thank you for the $400 new checking account bonus, I find your security policies a bit restrictive. From what your phone representative told me today, account access is placed on a mandatory 24 hour lockdown, once new services, like Zelle, are used. Even after I called to confirm the transactions were indeed initiated by me, the 24 hour lockout remained in effect. Totes lame, US Bank. Poor customer experience. On a positive note, I'm loving the $500 credit card bonus I received, and really want to extend a heartfelt thanks for the $100 statement credit for our TSA application fee. And you know I'm looking forward to the $30 streaming service credit. But be aware: even though the first year is free, expect a $95 annual fee on each of your anniversaries.

This bank is not interested in providing service.During this Covid pandemic, they make it frustratingly difficult to do business. Slow lines at the drive up, can’t go inside to conduct one on one transactions. I made an online appointment thinking I could see someone, guess what. The email I got back was for a telephone call for two days in advance at 10:00 am. You guessed it, the woman who was supposed to call never did. I went and opened an account at another bank where you can go in and talk to someone. I will be closing my account as soon as I can personally go in and let them know the poor service at this branch. Worst by far in my dusty years.
