Jan and Seth were so helpful both on the phone and in person. They were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted. The lobby area was very clean and inviting. Jan took us out to show us our unit and the entire storage area was very clean and well maintained. So far, we have had the best experience.
