Went in for a fax and copy of a paper i needed for work, and was done in less than 5 minutes! Man at the counter was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Plus got a really cool voodoo doll protection keychain! We'll definitely be back, they are extremely affordable and have good rates on shredding documents by the pound.

Don't be like me. Read the reviews before doing business here. I don't recommend doing business here. I had my father drop off a USPS flat rate box. He told me the clerk took the package and put it on the scale. They told him it was going to be exactly $20. I find that hard to believe. I had gotten a quote with an approximate weight of 3 pounds. I overestimated the weight when I got the quote. They quoted me $18.81. Unfortunately, my father wasn't given a receipt(which would have given me a tracking number). So, at best, I was overcharged to send a package. But for all I know, the clerk pocketed my $20 and stole or discarded the contents of my package. Needless to say, this is the first and last time I will be doing business here. I highly recommend that others take their business elsewhere as well.

I purchased a small corrugated cardboard box. I was charged $18. Looking at the same box on line I see it can be purchased for $4 wholesale. That is a 350% markup. Outrageous. The owner probably thinks they are a smart business person. I think they are foolish because I could have been a regular customer, but now I will never stop in again.

Be warned! I should’ve ceased doing business with this establishment years ago! The owner asked me then to reveal my PIN number and then plugged it in, instead of allowing me to do so. I was shocked and had to go to my bank and change it! Today I took in four boxes, which I wrapped and lugged into his store. I had done all the due diligence on their dimension calculations, zones they were going to and even weighed each one. None of them were over $24.00, according to the on line calculator. When I told him that and how I wanted them shipped, in order to go most inexpensively, he angrily admonished me that he is an independent operator and can basically charge whatever he wants! (I would think that UPS and USPS would be very surprised to hear that!) I should’ve walked then and there but I already lugged them in. Never once did he ask how I wanted them to ship (ground!), nor did he ask if I wanted insurance (just started to apply it!), Nor did he divulge what each box weighed or the cost…until he rang up the entire thing! He then informed me I owed him $163.00!!! I was flabbergasted! Had I taken them to UPS and USPS, instead of his oh so convenient store, I already calculated the total would have been about $84.00!!! Ridiculous to pay him an additional $20.00 a BOX to do what…put a label on it??? In fact when I checked the bill at home, I saw he tacked on an additional $6.20 “service fee”!!! This is the last time I put up with being called “Hon” by this rude and intimidating man! And yes, I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but that was when I could deal with his help, instead of him!

Be warned! I should've ceased doing business years ago with this establishment, when the owner asked me for my PIN number and proceeded to enter it into his machine himself! I had to go the bank to get it changed! Today I lugged in four boxes to mail, which I had wrapped myself. In addition, I did my due diligence, using an on line calculator, to determine the dimension charges and zones and weighed each one. I found out that it was cheaper to send three of them UPS and one USPS. When I told him that, he angrily informed me that he is basically an independent operator and can charge what he wants! I think UPS and USPS would be surprised to heat that! I should've walked then and there, but I'd already lugged them in (without his help...he was too busy talking to his buddy in the back to open the door!). He never once asked how I wanted them sent (ground!), proceeded to tack on insurance I didn't ask for and never told me the price of each box as he calculated the costs. In short, he rang them all up and announced I owed him $167.00!!! I was flabbergasted, as my on line calculator said the total would be around $84.00! (They contained Christmas ornaments and weighed 2.2 lbs to 16 lbs.). So basically he charged me an additional $20 a BOX for what...putting a label on it??! No actually, when I got home I saw he added an additional $6.20 "service fee"! I have been a loyal customer, and didn't mind doing business when he had other helpers, however this is the last time I put up with being called "Hon" and dealing with the rude, arrogant man.

Was very surprised how helpful the man was at the store. Never had anyone go the extra mile for me at a mailbox store. I broke my arm and now I can't pickup anything over 10lbs. I called and asked if they had a dolly or something to carry my package into the store. He came out and carried my package. Thank you.

A few weeks ago I posted how I filled out their form to send two packages out and the computer decided where the packages were going to go to. Owner tells him he will look into in and let me know. Well I go into the store and I ask him what he found out. He says that he had someone filling in and they didn't look at address, Well that was very clear to me, as he handed me my check for shipping, he told me where I should take me business to another shipping place at 99th and Bell. I've been a customer for over 10 years. He never said we are sorry, just blame his hired help. Zero customer service, There was another post about masks, yes sign on door say masks required and in store they might have around neck but that doesn't help. BE AWARE of Package Plus.

When I asked for a tracking receipt the clerk said to me, “don’t you trust me?” I needed it for a client, it wasn’t about trust at all. Another time I went I wanted to mail something through the post office via priority mail and have it insured for a very large amount. The same clerk said, “we don’t insure for that amount. If it gets lost I don’t want to have to argue with them.” I’m unimpressed by the level of customer service. I went to the real Post Office.

Walked in for notary help. Gentleman at the front with a masked pulled down to his neck told me I needed a mask. I told him I didn't have one and needed something notarized, he said "no mask no notary". He Still did not have his mask pulled up while doing this. I asked him if he had one I could buy, as I told him I was desperate . He just continued to say "No Mask No Notary". I Said not in this state, laughed and left, went to the bank and got it for free. Don't go here. They are rude.
