I would give them negative stars if it would let me. They are so rude clueless and take advantage of our elderly community. Ashley is the worst as well as Sergio the manager. No help and have reported the elder abuse!

How these clowns are actually allowed to be opened is wild to me. They prey on the old citizens in sun city someone needs to investigate them and shut them down. I’m not surprised the employees act the way they do when the manager Sergio allows it as long as they scam older people in to new lines when they already have lines with t mobile

Yep, this is not a T-Mobile store, just metro. Couldn't help me with my phone, although T-Mobile is in the title. I was confused, too. Pre-paid phones only if that's what you're looking for.

I just bought a phone here about 1 hour ago. They won't return it because I used their Smart pay leasing. I called Smart Pay because I thought Metro PCS made a mistake in charging me almost $1200 for a phone that was $499.99. No where on my paperwork does it mention an almost $800.00 finance charge. Please under no circumstances use this!!!!! It is a scam!!!! Metro pcs won't take the phone back and the Smart pay wants you to return the phone but not offer you a refund even though they have a 14 day return policy. The cashier working there did not explain how the leasing worked. I also asked a ton of questions, and the paperwork she gave me is in Spanish (so figuring out the process was difficult to say the least). It's a shame, I've been with Metro for 7 years. It's definitely time to switch companies.

Absolutely terrible customer service no satisfaction value for the dollar is not worth a terrible customer service very often one person working the store long wait times and unfriendly customer service. I had a gentleman the other day tell my husband if he didn't have time to wait, he could go somewhere else. Also, my husband went in there to stop auto pay and to return the modem, and they refused and told him that he would have to call the customer service line. They don't do those things in store. Sad and pathetic customer service. We are taking our business else where.

Bought a phone there, internet works half the time indoors. Also find out that it was probably last one of that model, because they have the next version displayed now within 2 weeks for same price. Wish I had known that, but I guess it is important to move the old inventory. But the T-Mobile 5G reception is garbage!! At home or anywhere indoors, I get internet reception less than half the time! I was looking at getting the T-mobile internet, but if my phone don't get reception, how well would a modem work? Probably not well either.

The staff isn’t very friendly, no one was greeted as we walked in. I waited for 30mins and was not once acknowledged. Finally when someone came from the back I assume was back there the whole time we were waiting, he decided to check people in without asking who was first and just walks up to a guy who wasn’t even the closest to him and signed him in first. Only problem is that guy was really like 4th in line. Incompetency at its finest. I work business to business and understand the dilemma most business owners face. So it’s very rare I write a bad review. But I would recommend for people to stay away if you can. Go to the Ruskin location. They have amazing service there with less staff. ?

Yes I'm in the store over at 107th Avenue and Grant I've had three lines and I want to give a pat on the back to aracely of roughly she's an amazing amazing person and I'm not the only one that feels that way many customers are in here when I am and they all comment what a wonderful job she does she shows up for work everyday and she's just amazing she knows everything I hope that she can get a bonus or pat on the back and some way thank you

I have sat in the store for 30 minutes while another customer was helped, and when I finally got to pay my phone bill, I get a $3 fee for paying my bill in store! As a paying customer who waited 30 minutes just to pay my phone bill, I find this very unproffesional. The phone service is good, but the customer service at stores is atrocious. I expect this to change. EDIT: The girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in, not until the other customers were walking out the door!

It is amazing the knowledge the young people have at Metro PCS by T-Mobile. I had the single line. Now I have the 4 lines for 100.00. O am happier with Metro over any other carrier. I have had almost every carrier there is. I don't get dropped calls. I don't have a problem of no service in Arizona. California or Wisconsin. The only time I don't have service is through the mountians. Which is understandable. The young lady that HELPED me last night. I was a hand full. She had to pull one number from a different carrier than put my families 4 lines on the same plan. She had other guest come in. She greeted them. She said she would be with them. She made eye contact with everyone. She had a continuous smile. I will return to this location because of Maria.
