Been searching a while for an upgrade wedding ring for the wife. 20 year anniversary. Stopped in at John's on Xmas eve and found the perfect ring. Not only given a great price but the team was outstanding. Stopped in on the 26th to have it size expected it to take a few days but was completed within 2 hrs. Amazing people and service John and team provide. Will be back and we have been telling everyone. Thank you again John and team!

John and his staff have been nothing but wonderful to work with. I was referred to them by multiple family members and it’s always been such a great experience every time. They are always friendly, transparent, and offer great prices on jewelry along with repair. Turn around time has always been quick as well. 10/10

5 stars by far. Walked in with necklace and cross that needed to be fixed. Was expecting to drop off and pickup another day. John looked and fixed it on the spot! The ladies were very helpful and kind. Recommend for your jewelry needs and fixes. Thank you so much!

I love this family owned jeweler. They have been my jewelers for almost 10 years now. Most recent was creating my cross-over ring for me out of my wedding sets. I wanted something special to represent the passing of my husband. The work is SUPERB!! They will continue to be my till the day they close, which I hope is never!

So I got an amazing Citizen dive watch from Johnny several years ago and I love it! Well, I'm really rough on it and I broke the band recently... I was so bummed out. I called Johnny and he said drop it off and we'll inspect and repair it as needed. Wow, Johnny took care of it and I'm so excited as I can finally wear my dive watch again. Thank you Johnny and John Wallick Jewelers - you love what you do and it shows! PS: my wife still gets compliments on her wedding ring diamond that you upgraded for us some 20 or so years ago. I’m not sure if the other reviews are true and correct because my experience was a whole different story! I’d give it zero for the customer service and the credibility of the owner. They wanted to scam me when I was going to sell them 21k pieces. The 21k was stamped on the pieces but he insisted that was 14k which it didn’t make sense when I said no, he should at least make more tests to prove it but he started yelling “take them” with that attitude of rudeness!! I just left the place right away not sure what that was. Even tho I have proofs with me and on the piece itself that they are 21k. He’s either a fraudulent or just with a bad vision and couldn’t see the stamp. I’m still speechless from the way he treated me… I went to a different jewelry store and got everything tested and yea exactly as I said, they were 21k.. I’m not sure why did he treat me like this bad?! Yea I have an accent and I’m not rich but I’m a hardworking decent citizen so I definitely didn’t deserve that!

This family owned jeweler is awesome. I brought them my wedding ring. I wanted to have them put a bigger family heirloom diamond into the setting. Some extra work needed to be done to make it fit. The results are beautiful! The cost was excellent, especially since another jeweler told me it couldn't be done without creating a whole new ring for thousands of dollars. Very happy customer and we will be back.

Nice location. Friendly staff, greeted immediately. Went in to remove links from my watch. The gentleman removed the links quick and said it was on the house! They also had a nice selection of mens watches.

Absolutely loved our experience with John and his family! We went in looking for an engagement ring with a sapphire stone. They were very patient and listened to our wants without pushing us in one direction or another, unlike other jewelry stores, which we appreciated. I fell in love with a ring they had in stock but I wanted a pink sapphire instead of the amethyst. They were able to order a stone for us to look at and we loved it. John said he was willing to set the stone on the ring I loved. The ring they delivered is absolutely beautiful. I cannot stop staring at it. Thank you all so much. We now known where to go for all our jewelry needs
