We just purchased misc furniture for our home. Service was outstanding, selection was very good. Value is definitely a plus. American made furniture. A rarity these days! We are extremely happy, our home is now complete.

My wife and I purchased two swivel rocker chairs made by Flexsteel in 2021. Within one month, the fabric started to wrinkle. We showed Wendy some photos and she agreed that wasn't supposed to happen. The manufacturer would not fix the problem, so Wendy took it upon herself to remedy. She arranged pickup and return (we live 45 miles away) and we have had the chairs for over a month with no sign of a wrinkle. She stands behind her product and goes to her utmost to assure customer satisfaction.

I ordered some furniture. From these people. I was told it would take 3-4 months. That was ok but when the 4 months were over I called inquiring about when will it be delivered. It was told to me by Wendy it would be next Friday. She told me in a very nasty way and I asked are you having a bad day. Next Friday came and Eric answered the phone and I asked again and he hung up on me. I called back and told him why did you hang up on me and he tried to say I did. Again I was told next week. Next week came and this snotty girl answered and started to yell at me in the most evil voice that we were trying to call you. Their phone number was not in my phone so they did not try to call me. Also if they tried to call me why didn't they leave a voice mail. I will never go there again. Too bad their furniture is nice and their dispositions are not

Today we visited this furniture store and we found the most awesome lady named Wendy, I've been in sales for 30 years and have never met anyone like her. What a great inventory and selection of top notch furniture, Wendy knew off the top of her head so many features and benefits of everything we looked at, friendly and helpful. Good quality furniture. Wendy was great. Found a table and chairs that I was looking for but the quality in other stores weren’t as good as this store. They delivered it the same day within a couple of hours. Now you can’t beat that.

Bought our first American made couch/recliner here. I can say that this is the best well put together furniture I've ever owned. Bought lots of foreign made furniture that doesn't last very long and it's not well put together. Wendy helped us out and paid attention to our needs. Quick & easy. My old chair was way low to the ground so I feel I'm so high! It's a great chair. They even took away my old chair. ? I'll miss it. If you want American made furniture, this is the place. As for others comments about Karen. She's not rude. She's like me and gets to the point without BS. Some people can't take it.. ?

We stumbled into furniture solutions while driving around so we stopped to take a look! Wendy is very knowledgeable and came to our house to make sure everything would fit and to get a feel for what my bride style is. Prices are good and the quality is exceptional! We found Wendy to be superb and I can imagine that she will stick to her guns if someone treats her not very nicely! I knew I was in the right spot when I spotted the picture of Donnie Osmond! All I can say is Wendy Is knowledgeable but pushy. My mom only ordered the chair because of how perfect it was for her. That was July 3rd, understanding COVID, it just arrived! It was the wrong chair! Wendy did nothing when I asked if she could make an adjustment in price for the inconvenience. She was abrupt and told me to call the factory! Not my job. We will go elsewhere. Now I know why the ratings are low, the furniture is great, not Wendy.
