It's a good store. I like this one that's on NW Grand Ave. Plan on a busy store. No one seems to know where items are at if it's not in their department, so don't ask. Cashiers are nice though.

UPDATE: they once again win an award for WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! I quit using them almost a year ago, but my sister hasn't. That may soon change. After a week in the hospital, she saw her doctor, who sent a new Rx to this pharmacy as she requested. A day or so later, she received a msg that her Rx was ready. When we went to pick up her new Rx, she learned it was a refill of one of her monthly scripts, NOT the new one. When we asked when her new Rx would be ready, we were told it wouldn't, as there has been a shortage of that medication for "a couple of years." When asked if the pharmacy contacted the physician, she was told by the male tech, "That's not my job." So, on a weekend day, he says,"Contact your doctor and have them order something else. " Customer Service, LOL. What I did was make a call to another pharmacy within sneezing distance of this store. Guess what? It was in stock and filled the same day. Only cost a dollar and change more. The customer service isn't horrible at ALL Fry's. In fact, we've lived near and used three other Fry's for well over twenty years. ALL we ever had was wonderful customer service from each of them. I know each of those pharmacists would have reached out to the customer to explain the situation. This store did NOTHING. No text. No call. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.Residents of Sun City deserve so much better.ORIGINAL POST:Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever endured. The staff are rude and condescending on a regular basis. It never stops!I put up with it for several years and finally said ENOUGH. I switched to a Safeway pharmacy. The staff at Safeway are ALWAYS pleasant and polite. A 180° difference from this pharmacy. Plus, most of my prescriptions are cheaper using Singlecare at Safeway. Kroger can choke on their prescription card. I'd actually pay more to interact with nicer people than the ones working this pharmacy. As a healthcare professional, I can tell you this, NO ONE should EVER be treated the way these people ALWAYS treat people. They're a bunch of miserable human beings, from the top to the bottom in the pharmacy.

Horrible horrible customer service. Medications are never ready or ever received supposedly. No communication from pharmacy to providers office in regards to needing a prior authorization. I had to call 1 week later to find out where my medication was and they claim never received information or supposedly reached out to the Dr but no response. Rude rude rude and shows no empathy for patients or people.

Called to verify if my medication was ready for pick up. Female pharmacist answered the phone. I proceeded to give her my first name last name and my DOB. She then said “what’s your question, how can I help? I don’t need that information” I told her she would need that information to pull up my chart and she asked why I was calling, informed her I was calling regarding a medication update and then she asked for my DOB. I replied, “see you do need that information” she replied, “why are you acting like this?” She tried telling me how she has different screens to use which is why she didn’t need my information. She was so rude from the beginning. I also work in the medical field, first name, last name and DOB is ALWAYS needed, I also have different screens to use and yes it depends what the patient is calling in for but, again, full name and DOB is ALWAYS required. I called back to try to get her name, a gentleman answered, he was respectful. I’m assuming he transferred me to her but the phone she kept ringing. This is not the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. The first time was like two weeks ago when I picked up one of my medications but I let it go because I wasn’t feeling well. So disappointed with their customer service here!

If I could, I would give this pharmacy zero stars, because they placed the incorrect labels on my medications. I have type II diabetes, so I take medications to lower my sugar levels, and I also take my medicine for heartburn. The people at this pharmacy made the mistake of placing the incorrect labels on my medications. For two weeks, I didn't take my medication to lower my diabetes. Instead, I was taking medication for heartburn because the labels were incorrect. After I discovered the mistake, I went to the pharmacy, and I showed them the medicine bottles and I told them of the mistake they made, and the man that I spoke to just told me "I don't understand what you're saying" until I showed him the medications and the labels. He then acted like the mistake was no big deal. I strongly recommend that you use another pharmacy and always check your medicine labels so they are correct.

Oy! Still expensive but I still got what I needed and a little extra. The big turkeys are gone but fortunately I didn't care. I came for heavy whipping cream as it goes in my tea every day. I purchased 4 of the large Kroger brands, always tucked away as if it's a dirty secret but I'll take it because that means I can pretty much always get it. I know it was a Tuesday about 6:30-ish but it wasn't terribly busy. Most everything was in stock that I needed. Checkout was a breeze. Definitely not mad at this trip.

The worst Grocery store I have ever shopped at, it used to be an excellent store but in the last year it has really changed! While paying for my purchase it was declined and I received a text message from my bank asking if I was making purchase at Fry's, I couldn't respond to the bank because it said I was using an unsecured network. So I told them I would be right back and I would re-ring my purchase, I stepped outside and turned off my Wi-Fi and responded to my bank and they said to go ahead and pay for my order, when I went back in they had dumped my order in with other go backs and put back my dairy products. When I tried to explain to the manager in charge he said I could just use their ATM, I said it wasn't in my network he said "it's only a dollar for god sake!" I would like someone from upper management to stand near the front desk and listen how they talk about how bad Fry's is and how other cashiers are stealing. I purchased a loaf of french bread on the 17th and I was going to make garlic bread on the 19th and it's moldy? It expires on the 20th? Worth a drive to Walmart or Food City

Trying to fill a prescription is almost impossible!! The customer service in the pharmacy department is absolutely HORIBLE!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!! One particular older blonde woman was very rude and disrespectful!! She had zero kindness..and very argumentive. I got anxiety just dealing with her.I've been ordering my husbands meds for years from other pharmacies and this is the first time I had issues with this. Apparently this woman has been rude to other customers in the past but I refuse to be treated like this. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Dirty and undesirables always and I mean always either in the parking lot or in the front. I was told by the desk person if I feel threatened call the police because they don't own the property so there is nothing they can do about it.

The staff are overall very good, but I feel they must be short-staffed as at times they are very busy and can be short with customers. I feel they are doing the best they can under the circumstances and I will continue using this pharmacy.
