This store is very clean and organized. The one star rating is due to the incredibly rude cashiers! I’ve heard people say it’s the “young people” who don’t have customer service skills…. The cashiers at this store cannot blame their incredible rudeness on being inexperienced or young. I’ve had a few different female cashiers at this store, and they all are very rude, curt and barely speak to me or others. I’m always friendly when checking out and have been met with silence. They don’t greet customers or even respond when spoken to. If you don’t like your job … or people in general, find a new job.

It’s the cleanest and least busy dollar tree in the area. And it has a nice selection. I wish they would carry some other items and possibly become one of the super dollar trees but it’s the best in the area for sure.

Of many Dollar Tree stores I visited over the year, this highly-rated 4.4 stars reviews at Sun City has the most responsible staff, neatly organized shelf and merchandise.
The high inflation since Covid kept everything expensive except salary. It makes Dollar Tree more attractive to anyone who starts rethinking bulk shopping behavior in the past when we wasted a lot of staff and money like Costco or Sam’s club. After I visited a Dollar Tree one year ago, I became a fan.
Another benefit of shopping at this location is the customers who are waiting in line are mostly seniors. Of course it’s Sun City, the 1st its kind incorporated city attracts senior citizens in the states, but I still feel very pleasant having brief interact with those polite and patient seniors in the store.

Shelves were filled, the aisles were clean, the only thing was they were out of what I was looking for oh well.

It's 9:30. Door says closed at 10. Nobody in sight. Saturday March 16th.
Must be some lazy scum that works here. Must be nice to shut down early when you want to. Wish I could convince my job to do that.but I'm sure they would rather be profitable

Most dollar trees are pretty clean and well organized but this one is one of their best in the area. They have a freezer with food and way more options than other dollar trees. Excellent for crafts and other diy items.

Since the pandemic, the store seems to have less space with fewer items on the shelves. It is definitely in need of remodel. They continue to get a lot of new items on a pretty regular basis. They did, on this visit, have many of the staples such as flour, cooking oil, sugar, baking powder , etc that was missing in my last visit. You should check your receit as soon as possible. One of the registers tends to double scan items. At times there is so much to see that it is easy to lose track of time, and
You may end up spuending more than you planned. It can be rather frustrating when the one item you need is nowhere to be found, or there is only one kind, and it's only a little bigger than a sample size.
This store was one of the first with an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser. This is a good idea when stores don't provide wipes for the carts. They have since removed it.
While self check out is a popular option now, I am not a fan, and many others chose the isle with a cashier. Why not? This cashier was an absolute delight.
I appreciate the automatic doors, however, the three digit temps made it impracticle. So hot in the store. There is ample parking at this Sun City location, but it can be a hot sweaty trek from your car to the door in the heat.
