It is a very easy location to find the services I request are always done by a happy customer service rep, the banking, and the quality and the value of the service is amazing. I will be transferring my bank from Seattle to this credit union as I find their customer service exceeds much better than sound credit union. Yes, they also offer share thinking again it's a great bank, but it's the agent that really makes the business what it is. I'm very happy to come here. It's easy to find always easy to find parking and their hours Are great and they're online website and mobile app is very easy to navigate. Thank you guys for being amazing sincerely. Andi

Frustrated with this bank, not the specific branch. I deposited a check through mobile app. They sent email confirmation it was pending the same day. 10 days later my check bounced to pay for my roof replacement. I used their chat feature and they tell me there is no record I made a deposit, despite my email confirmation. No one ever called me or notified me of any issue with the check. I was directed to send a email or go to a branch to deposit the check. Zero explanation as to why just "sorry for the inconvenience" this is not an inconvenience this screws up my roof replacement.

Zero if I could. They lied up front and lied for past month. They tell a different story each time. They take your money and then apply their own covert rules so you can't access your own funds. I called them and got different excuses at least six times on why they continue to hold all my deposits. Last deposit was on Nov 7 and I still can't access funds. They say Nov 18 now. So angry. These deposits were from well known banking institutions and there's no excuse. As soon as they do release the funds I will withdraw it all and Never again go near this place.

I haven’t liked this bank since my husband and I opened an account. The ATM is always down, sometimes both of them. One day the entire place was closed and no holiday during the week, because of something strange. I wish I could remember the note on the door. Sorry!?. It was really shady though. And I deposited a check for my brother and then a few days later they took the money out because he’s not on our account. I’ve deposited checks for my kids 4 kids and they cashed them and they aren’t on our account either…. But now they just take the money right out of my account without even calling me and having me come inside to talk them and I could of brought my brother in with me!!!!! How frustrating…..oh and we were running low on funds and I have some auto pay for a couple bills and they covered them but I was charged 35$ for each trans action and them knowing that my husbands direct deposit from his work was being deposited the “next day”!! The other bank I left never did that to me I was with this other bank for 12 years. But this bank is for the birds!!! I’ve finally had enough.

My mom needed to open an account and transfer money. Sarah helped her with the transaction with positive results. My mom needed to return to get a detail ironed out and she helped her again. Sarah was very patient and gave excellent customer service.

I'm new to Arizona, relocating from Ca some 3 months ago. I selected this credit union, because it claims to the biggest in Arizona. After 3 months of banking with them, I have doubts about their customer care. I was solicited an email from them to apply for a home loan, so I did. It was one of the worst home lending experience I've ever dealt with. My loan was handled by a Mr. Shane Beldon, a senior loan representative, and he was terrible at returning calls or text messages.It appears he was hiding from me, not being up front, and I had to use other company personnel to reach out to him. When I finally touched basis with him, I was told my already FHA pre approval is now declined. His poor explanation of why I was declined is not the norm of several other lenders in the business. Be careful with dealing with this credit union on the home lending side, they are great at one thing: frustrating the customer.
