This CVS is under new management! Its is cleaner,nicer and the shelves seem to have more Products on them. The staff seems to be happier then they have been in the past. If you've been unhappy in the past I recommend giving it another shot. You will be pleasantly surprised.

EVERY MONTH OUT OF STOCK! I spoke to the pharmacist he could not solve the problem. I got the phone # for "district leader" and called. This is CVS CARES. I have spent almost 50 minutes on 3 calls over the last 3 weeks. I was given a case # on the first 16 minute call and told I would be responded to within 2-3 businees days. When no responses I called back, 21 minute call because they initially could not find the file and made excuses about not calling back. Another promise of a call back within 2-3 busines days. Still waiting, called again and told the Rep (couldn't could not find the file again/ what a system) I had wasted too much time. She wanted me to wait while she found the file and read all the info so I could again be told that I would get a return call. Sorry, I have had enough! I gave her my name and number and said have manager call me if in fact CVS CARES.

Don’t call this pharmacy. They like to give false information. When confronted about the information that they previously provided, they like to play the blame game on each other. This location needs a lot of training.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Put in three times for a refill but they don't have any customer service to call you and tell you they're not filling it because it's pricey. They're holding your health in your hands and they can't call you to tell you they're not going to fill it. Went to pharmacy to inquire and the pharmacist said that I as the customer should have called them followed up more, that they are not responsible for that. He continued to argue with me and I never did get my other prescriptions that were ready to be filled so I have to use another pharmacy at this time. Needless to say he is very very rude middle eastern man and does not have any customer experience at all he should be a pharmacist and not deal with patients at all! I will be taking my business elsewhere because of his attitude!

Store smelled good! Certainly didn't smell like a drugstore. It was big too. Lots of inventory. Good merchandise variety. I wanted to buy more than what I went there for LOL Surprising and will certainly go back.

I only went in to drop off a package for UPS. I've never actually shopped here, but it looks like a typical drugstore. It's very close to my house, so dropping off UPS packages is really convenient.

Lisa McCusker is a very unfriendly person in this store. I am very happy to visit this store & give my business, but will not go into store when she is working. She is very short, very uncaring & find it more enjoyable to drive the extra miles to Walgreens.

I previously went to a CVS in Sun City West to get a buy one get one free item. Found out since I didn't have the CVS card, I didn't get the one free. I bought the items and left. Went to a CVS in Sun City and verified that a card was needed to get the item free. The associate Laverne verified that but also took the extra step and offered to get me a card. She was very helpful and professional.

Mercari states on the app you can locate a UPS location and show a barcode for label to be printed at UPS access pointed location. Arrived to this store today. Was in line but a young lady directed me to self checkout when I told her I have a UPS drop off. The lady at the register with a atrocious look says “DO YOU HAVE A LABEL!!” I told her no I don’t. She then replys “ I DON’T PRINT LABELS!!” I then tell her I’m sorry but on the app it wasn’t specific saying this location can’t print labels. Not sure why UPS would use any CVS as a designated drop off when they can’t service a client correctly. The lady at the register needs a break and a raise! Maybe that will make her more friendly and less grouchy!

Was forced by my insurance company to switch to this pharmacy. Not specifically this location but this one is close to me. I'm already dissatisfied.
