Sashe specifically was very helpful with getting me a phone glass and phone case! She offered all the help she could and I greatly appreciate it. At the very end, my dog tried to run away and she swooped into action and brought my dog back into my loving arms. THANK YOU SASHE!

I walked in there today thinking that I wasn't going to get my phone fixed. A young man John had my phone working in 5 minutes. I called several times cricket online talk to three texts didn't know how to fix my phone. John you need a raise.

Have had cricket forever ..love them best value around they are always helpful ..my son and I went in for new phones and Delilah helped us she was amazing went above and beyond..she put the protective glass on my screen and helped me transfer all my stuff over to new phone...

The middle aged guy who works there is useless. Ed, Ted not sure what his name is. He completely messed up a simple phone upgrade, changed my whole plan then said he'd give me a credit and didn't. Takes a personal phone call on his cell which from what I could hear him saying was not at all an emergency and should not have been taken while dealing with the customer that he messed up with. If he stayed off his phone and paid attention to his job he wouldn't be messing up people's accounts. Then a customer came and says Español as in I'm a Spanish speaking person can you help me. He gave a No and that was all. Didn't even bother to try and see what he could do to help. It was very unprofessional and down right rude. There was no one else in the store but me and other guy he could have taken time to help him. THAT'S when he should have his phone out and used Google translate to help communicate with his customers. Everyone there needs retraining or be replaced.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I was told it's a "you problem" because I wasn't reveiving Cricket texts to reset my password. The girl behind the counter said she had the same problem when setting up new user accounts and "No one knows what's wrong". She also stated she filed a complaint. I called 611 and the issue was fixed in 5 minutes- he knew exactly what was wrong and multiple people have been having the same issue.

The lady that was on today.She sure knew your phones.Very caring about our problems she was very smart in other words.Pleasent and helped us fix our phones.She really needs to get recognized.
