I use the ATM as much as possible. I really dislike going in. I don't understand why I must give my photo ID when I'm making a payment on my credit card. If I wanted to make a withdrawal, I understand. I expect ID when you want to take money out. I think it's terrible for making payments, it's not fast nor convenient to go inside.

This was my first visit to this branch. It was a quaint little place. No public restroom. Keep that in mind if you bring the kids. I was impressed that the CSR remembered customers names. You don't get that alot. There was a problem with the computer system but they handled it with professionalism and respect. If I'm ever in the area again and need to do banking they'd be my choice.

If everything goes smoothly, this is a beautiful bank. If you have an issue, the "supervisor" will speak to the air on her desk one station down, never look you in the eye, and, basically refuse any decent customer service. If she'd have come one station over, looked me in the eye, and spoke to me like a customer, I would have been nicer and likely more understanding. This is twice. She's horrible. Squat, kinda whitish blond hair, supervisor.

Just walked out, tellers were sweet, male manager useless. We came in on an emergency our account with a large balance was hacked- as we stood there this fraud was happening over $20K wire transfer and this guy tells us he has an appt with another client in 15 minutes and can't take the time to help. I've been with Chase 20 years. He had 15 minutes before his 2pm and said he can't help He should be fired

I love the fact that they remember you when you come in. The girls are so friendly and are always smileing and cheerful. I look forward to going in instead of the drive through. All of the employees are great.
