The employee's are clueless, I guess none of them are trained, they always seem to have to ask the manager. The wait time is unacceptably long - probably has to do with the incompetent employees and poor management.

This bank charges a $10 fee to cash a check drawn from their bank.I will never use this company again. And will refuse to take checks for anyone using them.

Very very slow! Only one lane open due to construction. If you are in a hurry, don't stop here. ATM closed too!!

Though I do not bank here, my mother does and is loyal to them. The facility is nice and the people seemed fairly helpful. But it definitely has a slowed down small town no hurry feel to it. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I suppose if they've not done anything to get a rise out of mother....they must be alright.

Small town bank feel, very friendly, accomodating. Managers always know your name, I have banked there for 13 years, most of the same employees are still there.
